I had this unit installed about 2 years ago now. The initial consultation was great from the get go. The first contact, Cesar, was on time every time. They installed it very quickly and each employee was very nice and professional. I had to have them come out once in the summer because it stopped cooling. They came out the very next day and explained what happened and even showed me how to fix it if it happened again! Thankfully it did not 🙂. I had them come out today to get it ready for winter and the service was just as excellent. Per usual, They came out quickly, their guy was so nice and informative. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you’re thinking about central air and heat!

Cesar Alcala and his crew at AB Climatic Services installed a central air system and Mitsubishi mini-split HVAC system at my house three years ago. They did a marvelous job. Cesar took care of the city inspection department required permits and inspections while his very knowledgeable crew did the rest. AB Climatic Services still come by to do the seasonal inspections and preventative maintenance as needed. His people are professional and polite. I cant say enough good things about these folks.

Im very pleased to have chosen ABClimatic to install my refrigerated air. This years prolonged heat wave convinced me I could no longer be comfortable with the Master Cool which had served me so well for years.Installation encountered a few speed bumps which were quickly addressed.Cesar was unfailingly professional, informative and patient throughout and I appreciated his keeping in almost constant contact.I am now coolly enjoying our extended summer and highly recommend ABClimatic.

I have contacted AB Climatic Services for both my AC and Heater maintenance. For each of my services, my technician was Daniel M. Daniel is extremely professional and knowledgeable. For scheduling my service, I have spoken to Mike each time. Mike is extremely professional and always keeps in constant communication with me. He provides outstanding customer service. I highly recommend AB Climatic Services.

Twice Ive needed help with my evap cooler. I contacted Michael V. and he sent their Technician Daniel as soon as he could. Daniel is so knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain to you what requires repairs and why. Their rates are reasonable and the service results is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.
