I cannot say enough good things about this company! They installed our entire system several years ago and everything went perfectly! Anytime we’ve ever had an issue they were there immediately and fixed our problem quickly! Always a fair price and very professional. They will always be our household air-conditioning and heating company!

Aarons came out to our house in under an hour, which is outstanding. Ruben quoted me $250 over the phone, and my bill was even lower than that. As a contractor myself, I can assure you thats a good sign. Both Roy and Ruben were very professional and informed us of the issues our unit was having. I would recommend these guys to anyone and Im thankful I chose to go with them.

Eric our repairman was very experienced and found the problem very quick did all the necessary testing and replaced the needed components and some wiring and had us going in no time. Prompt freindly excellent service. And reasonable price. Couldnt be happier and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend...thank you.

Joe was great. He came and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. The whole house was noticeably cooler after fixing the problem. Even answered all my questions I had as a first time homebuyer. Will definitely be using Aarons AC again and will ask for Joe in the future.

I have been using Aaron’s AC & Heating for about 4 years. They are very professional & prompt. Recently, I had a problem with my heater & Israel the technician was at my house in 30 minutes after I placed the call. He was very professional & quickly diagnosed the problem. He also followed all the Covid 19 safety guidelines.

Eric has always taken care of air conditioning issues in the past and has always responded quickly and professionally. Joe and Israel responded recently and were equally professional and thorough. What a good testament to the quality of staff provided.

I am a 69 years old….on July 8 my entire AC unit stopped functioning I contacted Aaron’s A/C (Fuqua location) on Wednesday, July 21 about 3/4pm on Thursday, July 22 I received a message from Eric stating someone will be at my house to check my unit outside and in the attic I received a second message from Eric to notify the technician (Joe)is enroute shortly thereafter I received a call from Joe confirming his arrival at 1pm the diagnosis was made and a repair date confirmed A follow up call was received from Joe stating there was a delay in getting the unit but they would have it by the 28th Joe and the assistants arrived at 8am on the 28th as promised they completed the job the same day one week after the service was completed Joe personally came back to check the operation of the unit to ensure it was working properly….if that’s not professionalism I don’t know what is….thank you Aaron’s AC/Heat (Eric/Joe) for a superb job I will gladly refer your company to anyone I know needing ac/heat service
