    We used A&A Air for a winter heating inspection. The technician arrived when they said he would (also received an email prior). He then checked everything out and made some adjustments to the gas flow. He did not try to upsell, which I really liked. We will have them back for the spring cooling inspection.

    I dreaded the day I had to call an HVAC company because of stories I’ve heard about people getting taken advantage of. Needless to say that’s not A&A Air! What I was nervous would be a major repair or replacement ended up being a simple fix. Jason diagnosed the problem and had the problem resolved in no time.     After another AC service company recommended we needed a complete new unit, we asked A&A for second evaluation. BJ did a thorough job of inspecting both our systems, found a simple answer to a noise problem we had experienced for a couple of years, and said the system was ready to go for another hot summer. Thanks so much A&A. See you again in the fall when we need a winter service check-up.

    Where do I begin. My mother-in-laws AC unit went completely out. It was the original unit in the house from 32 years ago. HELLUVA RUN I know. Mom is in her late 70’s so making sure she wasn’t taken advantage of was definitely tops on my list. My FIL passed away almost a year ago to the day so I was very involved. The original company that came out, inspected the unit, diagnosed and gave her a quote. Nice people. I reached out for a second opinion, A&A Air responded within hours and gave us a quote that was exactly 3K less than the one we received. I was blown away. We scheduled with them but needed a few days to get the money from the bank. After a couple of days Toni (who handles the scheduling, billing, etc) called and said we finished a job early, we’re heading over to take care of your MIL now, we can wait a few days to tie up the loose ends. (She has an elderly father and has a soft spot for elderly parents 😀❤️). Obviously payment was secure but the whole time she made us feel like we were their biggest priority. Within a few hours, mom was comfortable with her new unit and the best part of it all is she was able to have our family over to celebrate the exact 1 year anniversary of my FIL passing. We were all comfortable and spent the entire day with her at her home. To add to this, 3 days later my unit quit, they put me on the schedule within hours and the owner Jason came to my house, did a thorough inspection and had us up and running. These guys are awesome!! 15,000 sq ft or 1500 sq ft I highly recommend them. They’re 💯

    Big shout out to A&A Air! I had a non-HVAC emergency this weekend, and they were able to refer me to a great plumber to install a new hot water heater for me. He was quick and had a reasonable price for a single mom on a teacher budget. If you need a plumber, Brent Combs Plumber Extraordinaire! And thank you Jason and Laurie for answering a panicked call on Easter weekend!

    Called A&A at 9:00AM. They had a technician at my house in 45 mins to diagnose why my heater wasnt working. They were able to quickly determine the problem, provided a solution, and my heater was fixed a few hours later despite being a difficult fix! I had a broken fan & motor, but it wasnt a challenge for A&A. I would strongly recommend them!

    I recently purchased a home and the day of closing, my A/C stopped working. I made a call to the home warranty company and they sent out a service provider Monday following the weekend. I was given three estimates ranging from $4,400 to $11,500 stating that my compressor was faulty, but I would be better off replacing the entire system.I made a call to A&A Air as my family has worked with Jason and his company for many years and he had technicians out the next morning to take a look. They were very thorough and checked over the entire system (which they mentioned was in great shape and installed well) and diagnosed the problem as being the capacitor. Huge difference from the major costs I was quoted by the other company. The part was swapped out on the spot and my system was back running and cooling.I will always support businesses that lead with integrity and take care of their customers and A&A Air does exactly that!

    Called A&A on the hottest day of the year and they were able to come out quickly. Other places told me it would have to wait over the weekend. Service was solid, they found the problem, explained it and price was reasonable. Putting them in my contacts encase I ever have a future problem. Hope I dont need them, but I really appreciate the great service.
