    They serviced our HVAC previously before it bit the dust this summer and then we had them install a new HVAC system. I feel like some other companies would’ve nickel and dimed us to death. After getting the new system up and running, they’re still responsive and actually care that it’s working correctly. A-Anderson will figure out a way to get someone to your house if it’s an emergency, even after normal working hours.

    First of all, I had an alert on my thermostat say system overheating and it suggests 3 ac repair companies. I texted each one and Anderson A/C called back and it was 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. clock. They returned my test with a call, I told them what was going they wanted to come out immediately I ask them to come the next day and they did. They have work very diligently in helping me get reimbursed through my insurance company. I appreciate their time and patience , they are a family orientated.     I really enjoy working with them. I feel like they really looked out for me to make sure I make an informed decision. Eric, the technician is very professional and knowledgeable. Sheryl at their office was very good at keeping communication. They fixed my system, I needed a new drain pan on one system and they set me up with a new furnace and plenum on the other system. I also signed up for their service plan where they check the systems out twice a year to keep it running smoothly.

    These people are awesome! My AC broke down on the hottest day of the year. I spent several days calling HVAC companies who only wanted to sell me a full system not just the coil. The companies who were reluctantly willing to sell me a coil, said they couldnt be out for at least a week or two. Not only was A-Anderson willing to replace my coil but they could do it right away and for the right price. After getting close to a dozen quotes, A-Anderson had the best price and the best product. It was a no-brainer! They didnt just replace my coil with an off brand to save money. They replaced it with the exact same model I already had in my Lennox Elite system, and they gave me a 10-year warranty! Not only that but they squeezed me in the next day, coming after they were done with all their other appointments and staying until after midnight to get it installed. Then they came back out later to re-inspect their work and make sure everything was running correctly. These people gave me the highest quality product, at a better price than other companies had quoted for lower end brands and got it installed quicker than anyone else would have. Dont waste time or money like I did messing around with other companies, call A-Anderson instead. They will be honest and treat you right!

    Excellent staff. They were able to meet with me immediately. Very flexible schedule. Eric detected the source of the problem, showed me what to look for, and gave me quick and accurate solution. The next day he returned with needed blower motor. Within a few minutes my family and I had a working heater. I had another company quote a price that was much more expensive and time consuming. Im glad to say I have a company that I now trust ...and you can too. I would gladly do business with them in the future.

    Did an excellent job. They were prompt and installed the entire system in one afternoon. My house is an older one and part of the installation was a challenge as well as it was raining that day. I was very pleased with the work and the cleanup after. I would use them again if the need arose elsewhere. However, I dont expect to need any work on this excellent performing system for quite some time.

    Long story short: These guys are the real deal and Im deleting every other electrician in my contacts list. After they fixed my twilight zone gfci issue that a new & more powerful ceiling fan was causing, I had to follow up regarding an overloaded outlet that another less qualified electrician (diff company) had all jacked up. The owner answered my call way passed closing time on a Sunday. I was expecting to get vm. Nope he answered and walked me through getting the power in 2 rooms back on while he was at his daughters 40th birthday party! You cant make this up. Thank you!

    Mr. Wallace came out in extreme weather to check on issue with no hot water after furnace was repaired. He got the issue taken care of immediately, and he even gave me a full explanation of the problem.Dylan repaired the furnace, and he too was prompt, efficient and got it taken care of.     Called A-Anderson to come in and replace my homes HVAC system and was completely satisfied with the service. Chyrll and Jack were both very friendly and responsive, and were able to get technicians out to my house promptly. Had a small issue after the system was replaced, but they got people back out quickly the next day and fixed it up. High quality products and service at a fair price -- cant ask for any more than that.

    Kudos to Anderson Air. The entire team were professional and engaging from the scheduling to the service call. The team took time to help me resolve the issues I was having with my Pioneer Mini split throwing a P2 code.Stacey responded to my house first thing the next morning on time and immediately made me comfortable. He showed up prepared and ready to work. He had already downloaded the manual, contacted tech support and began diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem. He methodically checked the system and was able to identify that a wire was not seated properly on one of the sensors.I will absolutely use Anderson Air for all my future HVAC and Mini Split repairs.

    If you need A/C services, this a great company to use! They were able to get our installation done very timely and finished up just as they told us they would. During the consultation, we discovered our current unit was undersized and needed to be larger if replaced. We have had multiple other A/C experts out across 7 years and no one else has every diagnosed that issue for us! The new unit is so much better. Our house is much more comfortable. We are so thankful for A-Anderson and cannot thank them enough!!

    We just moved into the area and less than a month in the new house one of our A/C units stopped working late on a Sunday night. A Anderson sent a tech out within an hour to troubleshoot the problem and performed the repair the following afternoon. They went out of their way to help work through some manufacturers warranty coverage issues and got our issues resolved. Both Stacy and Jack did a phenomenal job. They earned our business even before the work was done. We highly recommend this company and their techs to address any Heating, Cooling, or Electric issues/concerns you may have.

    I cant say ENOUGH great things about this company! I was having electrical issues and I found this company on Yelp. Jack responded to my request for help in a matter of minutes! About an hour later an electrician (Eric) was sent to my home. First of all Eric is absolutely AMAZING! He was able to figure out the problem within minutes! He explained to me everything that was wrong in a way that I could understand it! The job he did was exceptional he was able to finish all of the problems in a day and they were EXTENSIVE! He is an awesome electrician and person! Jack is also awesome as well very helpful and he is running an awesome company! HIRE THESE GUYS NEXT TIME YOU ARE HAVING ELECTRICAL ISSUES!

    We used A-Anderson’s service for a new heater, new AC, and water heater. Each time we needed them we received a quick response, a very reasonable quote, and quality equipment installed professionally.     Eric was the best. He went above and beyond the need for the call which was to repair one of our A/C units in the middle of the summer. First, he came on time. Second, he explained everything he was doing. Third, he helped us adjust our vents inside the home at no additional cost to us. And last, he did not try to “upsell” us on anything. I don’t know about how the cost compared to other service providers, but we received value that can’t be measured in dollars. This company is now my go-to system provider.

    We just got one of our A/C units fixed on 7/6/17, as we had to replace the coil which was corroded that caused the freon to leak. We called A-Anderson and the same day Stacy and David came out even when it was late (around 9:15 p.m. and didnt get done till 10:30 p.m) to check on the issue instead of postponing it till the next day.We could not have asked for a better service and delivery than what we received from Stacy and David. They fixed our A/C as if it was their own and work diligently and mindfully from the initial diagnosis, which they did in the dark without taking any shortcuts.The amount of time and effort they spent fixing it, educating me about every detail of our A/C and how everything works (because homeowners are not aware for the most part), the level of courtesy, work ethic and communication was unparalleled to any job we have had in the past 13 years we have lived at our home.Absolutely the best at every level and would HIGHLY recommend for any A/C problems to anyone.Thanks again for your help!Danny

    My ECOBEE thermostat recommended A-Anderson A/C when it alerted me to a malfunction in my lower level A/C unit. Specifically, the unit was not cooling adequately.I called A-Anderson A/C, fully expecting to have them say they would be out sometime in the coming week. This was not the case! They came out the same day, analyzed the problem, got the parts, and installed them. This took from approx 2 pm, to 8 pm. It was after 4 pm when the technician determined a new part was need and he would have to travel across town to get the part. Again, I fully expected him to tell me he would return the following day. Not so! he was able to get the part and come back the same day. Finishing the job around 8 pm.We used them once again to give as an inspection for a rental property we were looing to purchase. Again, they came out the same day and spent several hours inspecting the 20 plus year old system, following with a comprehensive estimeate of all necessary repairs and maintenance needed.

    The technicians and the owner worked diligently the whole time to help us with our system problem, way above and beyond whats normal for other companies. Steered us towards the correct repair when other more expensive, mostly unneeded repair proposals could have been made and were by others. This honesty and determined approach to do first class work really impressed me. It was hot and uncomfortable, Im sure, and they could have taken shortcuts to get out of the heat earlier. They didnt, so I cant help it... I highly recommend them. Great techs.

The technician was very knowledgeable, spoke to us in a language that we understood, rather than too technical, and got us back to a working A/C in no time!     My upstairs unit stopped working, and thus made the temperature rise to over 90 degrees even at night. Stacy came out to give an estimate and once he found the source of the problem, (almost instantly) he worked hard to write up an agreement for the repair at a fair and competitive price. He noticed that all the bedrooms were on the 2nd floor including the ones for our young children so he escalated our ticket to be done asap.     I rarely do reviews but they went above and behond. I had another local HVAC company come out after I noticed water running out of my vents. The other company told me adding coolant would fix it and that the saturated duct work would air out. A week later the air handler was still covered in condensation. I called A-Anderson and Stacy Mcmanus came out the same day. He took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explained it in detail. I had mildew in the air handler and the insulation was so saturated it was falling apart. He gave me 3 different options and price ranges to choose from and never once pressured me to replace the entire unit which was the most expensive option but possibly the best long term. He didnt leave until 9:00 PM. He came back when the parts came in and did a fantastic job repairing it. He was extremely professional. If you need work done ask for Stacy, he made a bad situation a lot better.

    Our old A/C unit died so we searched on Angi and found A-Anderson. They called me back within minutes of submitting the request form and had someone out the next morning to repair the a/c unit. They got everything working again and worked with us to apply the cost of the repair toward the cost of a new, more efficient unit. Hopefully I wont need their services again for a while, but if I do, theyll be the first ones I call. :)

    I am VERY satisfied with this company. When I was buying my house, I was told by the home inspector that the main electrical/fuse panel was recalled years ago due to having a history of CATCHING FIRE! I was recommended A-Anderson from that inspector. Jack Wallace was the man who came out and did the replacement. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. He even labeled the breakers (to the best of his ability). I will defiantly use A-Anderson again in the future. 10/10 Would recommend.

    I needed help diagnosing what I believed was a freon leak in both of my ac units. Eric was early and quick.He showed me where the damage was in both units inside and explained why the corrosion and rust caused the units to work harder. He also went outside and diagnosed the units there. He discovered how old they were and measured the pressure to let me know how inefficiently they were running. Spoiler alert, they were made in 1984 and seriously falling apart and inefficient.Chryll called as soon as I put in a request for a quote and was always on top of the communication. They both let me know what needed to be done and provided me with documentation I needed to get my units replaced. I couldnt be more pleased with my decision to go with A-Anderson Air! Great Job Guys and Dolls!!! I will pass on the word!

    Jack and his team moved a outdated electrical panel and moved it outside and wired it to be compliant. Also pulled all the necessary permits and was less expensive than all other quotes. And his team sent a message when they are working on the house and let me know when they were done. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!
