As someone who likes to repair their own appliances and devices I had to admit that I couldnt figure out my refrigerator problem and called to talk with Tim. He patiently listened to the diagnostics I had run and recommended other things to try. In the end it was a sealed volume issue and the repair would cost as much as a new fridge. I very much appreciated his patience and advice offered at no charge over the phone.

I am so impressed with the prompt response & service my family received! My kiddos live with us & my grandson was born Thursday, my dryer went out on Friday. Tim contacted me on Saturday after I left a message. Very polite & courteous. My dryer was fixed & in operation by lunch on Monday! So impressed! Highly recommend!

I have been using A-Accurate for years and have always trusted Rogers ability to diagnose and repair every appliance over the years. I was extremely happy to see Rogers son, Tim is helping take over his business. Tim came to repair my oven yesterday. He went over and beyond to help me with my issue, I will always call A-Accurate first for appliance repairs!!!

I have been using Roger for many years and I have never had one complaint about his service. He is prompt, courteous, never leaves a mess, and advises me the best options on the repair. His son, Tim , is just like his Dad and it is a pleasure doing business with both of them!

Had him come by and repair a dryer, washer, ice maker, and wine cooler. They showed up when they said they would and fixed everything but the washer. Gave me good advice that it wasn’t worth what it would cost in parts. Very happy and we’ll definitely call them again
