    Geoff services our bakery most of the time. Him along with the 7k team are awesome. They are always quick to respond and get us serviced. The receptionist is so sweet and super attentive to prioritizing someone to come out when its urgent. Issues are resolved same day mostly unless parts are needed of course but great and fast service, Geoff is very experienced and professional along with the other techs!

    Josh did a great job. After buying a ten year old house and having it inspected, we had 7K come out and take care of replacing some insulation in one of our AC units and cleaning the three u it’s and unclogging lines.7K was able to make an appointment for us within just a couple of days.     My AC started short cycling late on a Friday afternoon, I called 7K Mechanical and they responded to my house within 15 minutes. Bev quickly determined and fixed the issue. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism from everyone I dealt with. They followed up the next week to make sure everything was still working and that I was happy with their service.Can’t recommend them enough, great work at a great price too!Jan 2025Had my heat pump stop working late in the day, called and they sent someone over so tbh ing 20 minutes. Joshua quickly and efficiently diagnosed the capacitor on the hard start device had gone bad. He changed out the capacitor and got us up and working again quickly.Love their quick response and qualified techs.

    Very professional, thorough. We took forever to do our remodel and addition that involved a fully new HVAC system.     My AC/Heater unit was nearly 23 years old and needed to be replaced soon, as it was starting to have issues. I was very nervous about making a big purchase of a new AC and heating unit. With the high cost nowadays to replace the unit, I wanted to make sure I hire the right company. I received bids from 4 companies. Three companies were Goodman dealers, as I wanted to stay with the same brand. 7K Mechanical was close to the lowest bid, but it was their professionalism that stood out above everyone else that I decided to go with them. They answered every question I had and gave me the information I needed to do additional research on the models they were requesting I needed. They were very prompt on their start time and let me know of any delays or issues that they encountered. Geoff is very knowledgeable of installing the unit and would answer any questions I had during installation. They took time to make sure the unit is fully tested, cleaned up the area after it was complete, and responded quickly when I need the flue to be replaced(not part of the purchase). Bev called the next day to ensure the unit was working properly. I cannot leave out the professionalism of their office staff also. They made this experience go so smooth. With a big purchase like an AC/Heat unit, I was very happy I decided to go with 7K Mechanical. I highly recommend them on your next AC purchase or repair.

    I have been searching for a company to service my Mini Split ac/heating unit since the company that installed it went out of business. I called Bev and shortly the office called to schedule service. Very efficient schedule process!! Geoff and Nolan arrived on time and were very friendly and professional!     A/c system started blowing tepid air on Sunday and we had scheduled our normal a/c company to be at our home at 8:30am Monday, but by 12:30pm we recognized they were likely not coming. No notice, no email, no phone call. That a/c company has been a no-show before and because elderly folks live in the home I could not afford to be disregarded again. The heat is dangerous for them.So I did some searching and contacted a LOT of companies, all of which were booked or maybe could come Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, etc... I eventually found 7K Mechanical through Google Maps and gave them a call. Blessed be the young lady said they could have someone over in a couple hours and would communicate specifically as to when the technician would be headed our way.I received a text when the technician was en route and they also communicated with me over the phone as I was at work and could not be present. Quick diagnostic, remedied the issue, and was polite, helpful, everything you hope for.Great experience with them, I do recommend 👌

    7K Mechanical Inc came out to my house a few weeks ago to fix an overflow problem that is connected to the AC. What was a big concern for us proved to be a quick fix.     Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving, my son called and to our surprise a real human answered the phone! We scheduled an appointment for the next day; Geoff was the technician and did a full system check after discovering the issue he offered to call Carrier to see if this was covered under warranty to me this was above and beyond.     Our AC went out overnight, we woke up to a hot house and we were set to leave on vacation that morning. With pets staying home we needed this fixed ASAP!     I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience with Rebecca, Bev or anyone else at 7K whether calling for an emergency or just routine maintenance. I have never gotten a hard sell to buy or replace any part of our HVAC. We are always given options. Our previous service provider told us multiple times that our unit was failing and it was just a matter of time and that we should replace the whole thing immediately. Dumped them and 7 or 8 years later our original unit is humming along nicely. I highly recommend 7K Mechanical for any HVAC needs.
