Bryan installed a new a/c unit in my house and has provided great service since then. He has provided guidance and answers any questions I have had. He’s very responsive and won’t leave you hanging. I cant say enough good about Bryan and his employees. Fast and thorough. Excellent service. My AC has never been this good before.Bryan will tell you what is wrong and will fix what is broken without trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Honesty goes a long way in my books and its hard to find these days. Job well done with my house and if I ever need anything I will most definitely use him again.

5T replaced one heat pumps last August completed job in a couple of hours and job site was cleaned inside and out.Called this morning with issues on the other unit and were able to fix it today area cleaned and system checked for any problem.I highly recommend 5T.

Bryan, from 5t is amazing! He identified and fixed issues that have been problems for over 5 years even though I had a maintenance plan with another company who never even alerted me to the issues that were causing the problems. The poor installs resulted in horrible mold - which Bryan also remediated. He fixed everything that was not properly installed or maintained, and recommended an air cleaning system when he found out I have asthma. It has helped the asthma tremendously, as well!Can’t recommend Bryan highly enough!

5T Came out yesterday and installed a new HVAC/Heating system in my house. My old one was going out and had to be switched to the new coolant. Two very professional men came out last week to tell me I needed a new system, they called me less than a week later to tell me the new system had arrived and were out the next morning! They did a very professional job and did not cut corners, I know about cutting corners because whoever installed the HVAC system that was in the house when I bought it did the worse job! My old system had two unprotected wires just hanging outside connecting to my house! Now it looks great and super professional! Both gentlemen from 5T were very professional, professionally dressed, personable and very knowledgeable. They explained the system to me thoroughly as well as the new thermostat. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed any HVAC work!

Our HVAC unit was starting to have a few issues on a Sunday night. We contacted 5T Monday morning, and they had the issue figured out and a new unit installed by Friday afternoon. They were very responsive and professional! They went above and beyond to correct the issues the prior HVAC company had ignored. Definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!
