We have been without AC for almost a month due to not being able to afford to replace our unit. We called William at 1UP AIR Solutions and he was absolutely amazing. He was at our house within 30 minutes of the phone call and didn’t try to cheat us out of money like the bigger business did. He was very considerate of our situation and explained everything to where we could understand what was going on and what he planned to do without it sounding like another language. He will definitely be our go to HVAC guy! -

William has been an excellent HVAC guy to work with. He came and identified the issue and gave us all the options we had for the fix. We had to replace the coil but he made an extra effort to find out that it was still under warranty and helped us save money. He also, did an intermediate fix for the heat kit until the new coil arrived. He’s definitely our go to HVAC guy from now on! -

Love this company. Very professional and conscientious of your time and money. The technician, took the time to show me what was wrong and the most cost effective way to get my Air Conditioning unit, working again. I was so thankful he was able to get it fixed within 30 minutes. Especially because the temperature was in the upper 90’s and humid here in North Texas. Thank you very much. Give them a call!!! -

William with 1 Up Air Solutions has all of our business. He services my personal home and all of my clients homes. William is thorough, honest, fair, and keeps me informed with clear communication on what to expect and why.His first visit to the house was un-accompanied but he came highly recommended. He stayed in touch with me the entire time by calling me and putting me on speaker phone as he diagnosed my system. After finding and fixing the problem, he charged me a very fair price for services, cleaned up after himself in the attic and at the outdoor unit, and included some spare parts for me to keep on standby for future service work in case my old unit faults.Very happy we found an honest A/C service technician, and we happy to invest in this local business. -

William came out at 11:30PM and fixed whatever was wrong with my AC. There were blinking lights, buzzing tones, and humid air, and I was terrified. And sweaty. Then, like an apparition of the apocalypse, William emerged from the fog, multimeter in hand, with such a ferocity in his eyes that I knew immediately I had made the right call. And you know what? Dude fixed in about ten minutes, charged me less than half of what two other companies had quoted me, and even taught me some preventative measures to keep it running reliably. I could not be happier with the service I received, and I’d encourage everyone who has AC troubles to call them immediately. Best of the very best. -

They came out to our house about a week ago to check out an issue weve been having in our house for the past year. William found the issue within 5 minutes and it had been overlooked at least 3 times, each after complaining to our property management, several different vendors could not figure out the issue.
