    My friend lives here in this neighborhood. When I go to visit her, we walk outside and every person that we pass is extremely nice and greets you with a smile and a wave. Not only does this area have nice people, but it has beautiful scenery, with a beautiful lake. This is definitely a very nice place to live.

    Beautiful community just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and hear the birds sing but close enough to get to Frisco to shop to your hearts content within 20 minutes! Everyone is friendly and we watch out for each other and the properties. I live here temporarily with my daughter and son in law and it is such a beautiful environment to raise my grand daughter. It has parks, trails and even a pool! Just beautiful! A true feeling of community!💜🏘️🌳🐿️🌄🇺🇲🙏

    Met friends in their home for Thanksgiving meal here. I am very impressed with brick/ stone homes, sidewalks, model home varieties , well kept lawns, fences, a walking Nature path to a lake for fishing and canoe usage too! Also visited today another lake with covered picnic table/ chairs area with bathrooms and outdoor grills .

    This place is a gem. Now that FM720 construction is complete to Eldorado it makes this community even better. Little mix of country meets wilderness with amazing amenities. (I do not live in this community, non bias).
