From the moment I contacted the community, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Kat explained everything in detail and she was kind and patient! She didnt rush through anything and guided me through the application process with ease. She helped in great detail to determine what would work best for my move-in date so I could benefit from transition from my current residence to this property. When I met Chloe, and toured the property, she was professional and personable showing me each property I was interested in. The community is beautiful inside and out and there are so many great amenities. I am looking forward to living in this pleasant, quiet community.

Beautiful home and Chloe was great! I was shown the 4 bedroom home and I loved it - a little far from the area I needed but she gave me information for the other homes Tricon has and I can’t wait to become a resident!

These homes are nothing less than beautiful! Fabiola is absolutely amazing and was there for our every need during the entire process! She kept us encouraged and motivated. Jeremy was also very helpful. The entire process was quick and easy and communication was great! We’ve already recommended the community to lots of friends!

My review is strictly for Chloe. If it wasn’t for her assistance I would not have moved here. She assisted with issues that she had no control over. Management has terrible communication but with Chloe being the middle woman everything worked out.

Damien and Jenny were top notch. They welcomed us into the home with utmost professionalism and were very friendly. They were also knowledgeable and informed us about everything regarding our new home. Could not recommend more. A very impressive start so far.
