I couldn’t more highly recommend Tricon Trinity Falls if you’re looking to rent a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The entire process was seamless and Mel from the sales team was professional and attentive to any questions we needed help and the key reason we ultimately selected this property. In addition we had the pleasure to connect with the superintendent Carlos who helped make our move more pleasurable than painful. He is knowledgeable and responsive to every issue as he is the consulate professional.

We moved in this last month. It was such an easy and stress free experience. We love the neighborhood, and the home. The smart home features are amazing. We love that they come and mow and take care of the landscaping. Mel made our moving in so easy and was very helpful. Carlos made sure everything was picked up and got us everything we needed. We are so happy in our new home!

This is a beautiful new construction community and Mel is great!I’ve experienced several new construction homes in the past. As far as my experience goes, a new construction home always comes with some issues here or there, and Tricon Trinity Falls is no exception. But what makes Tricon Trinity Falls stand out is because of Mel. She really cares about current and future residents in this community. For example, when the weather started to get cold in mid November, she took every effort to push for a solution for the long lasting dilemma of furnace breaker. She empathizes with residents’ feelings. Thank you, Mel.

Mel was very welcoming and informative since our initial visit. She provided me all the information for the different models and toured them the same day. She answered all my questions and has been very patient with all my questions. She explained the whole application process and followed up. I am excited for our new home! Carlos and Mel did the walk through with me when picking up keys and Carlos made sure I knew everything about the home and that I could always count on him for any maintenance issue. Mel and Carlos have made this move super easy! I love that the neighborhood is within the Frazier school zone. The bus stop is down the road, which is a plus. Overall my experience has been great! All I can say is WOW!!! The service from Mel & Kat has been great. The staff is always quick to help and answer any questions which is great. I also have to say the homes are top notch all that you can ask for. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

My experience with the rental application online was quite horrible with verifast verification not accepting my husband and I’s valid DL. We were so frustrated especially dealing with this over a long holiday weekend but Katherine was super helpful! She helped us on her weekend off to get this fixed for us which I believe is above and beyond! No one would respond to us but she did! She talked with her team and IT to get our issue fixed so we could apply even on the holiday weekend! She provided exceptional support and customer service and I would recommend this company solely on how she helped us through all the online website issues! I’m excited to live at this property because not only are there homes in McKinney new constructions but they are designed beautifully!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️if I could give more stars I would. Mel and Elizabeth have been amazing this far. This place is gorgeous and I am hoping we can be residents here soon!! I’ve asked like 30 questions, mel and Elizabeth have been so helpful in answering each and every single one. I can’t say how amazing our experience has been so far. Customer service is top notch, and the community is beautiful!

The community is beautiful it is the perfect area and if youre looking for a beautiful rental house that is new this is the place I would suggest you go. Mel and Carlos will take excellent care of you. Located in a very desirable area in McKinney.

Wow!I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service this company has.We just moved into Tricon at Trinity falls and from point of move in Jeremy and Carlos have been extremely helpful.But at week 2 there was an issue with our AC and at 6pm they both went way above and beyond to ensure we had an ac repair company out same night to get the matter fixed.It always sucks when something goes wrong with your AC, especially when just moving in, but the way they handle the matter was beyond professional and they just both cared.
