This is a wonderful neighborhood convenient to everything the twin cities of Shreveport/Bossier have to offer, while maintaining a rural feel. Itβs quiet and well maintained with an active HOA to protect our property values. Even as other property values in the area decline our home has gone up in value. We consider our home here a good investment. -
