I recently toured The Laramie and I was thoroughly impressed by both the property and the level of service provided. The community is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and modern amenities that make it feel like a comfortable, welcoming place to call home. Equally impressive was the responsiveness and tentative nature of Ms. Shaneque, who took the time to patiently answer all my questions while simultaneously providing an exceptional tour.

Marquie in the front office made move in perfect …she kept us updated on our upcoming move in every chance she could…move in price was costly but the home was beautiful clean, new, if it wasn’t new then it seemed like it lol..nice size backyard , VERY responsive Property manager along with maintenance man Jermaine …I called with a problem and he came to fix it same day no problem. They just opened a gym…the property manager Shaniqua is always doing something to bring the community together like movie on the lawn..brought out a shaved ice truck and much more ..all in all make your house a home because I love it here…especially with the team they have now.

Absolutely love the homes they are spacious. The staff are amazing and very helpful I have not had any problems since moving in. Don’t plan to move anytime soon.

This property is beautiful. It’s pleasant seeing townhomes in this area, and the location is in a very convenient location for the Harker Heights shopping center. The manager, Ms. Frett, is very easy to work with and responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a look.

New to the area and The Laramie at Indian Trail & Warrior Path was the first place to look at. The staff was very friendly and nice and was able to answer any questions I had about the property. Exceptional customer service goes a long way ! Thank you guys.

This apartment is very nice and spacious inside. It’s clean and the rooms are nice sizes. The staff are very helpful, they made it an easy experience.
