Hands down the best home ownership experience weve had in DFW.The original 1 Star review may have been from an upset buyer back when PSW was building and selling homes to the first buyers. Shame that ended up on our Communitys Google Listing, as Im not sure Dan ever lived at the Grove.IT.IS.AWESOME.Easy living, great location, incredible neighbors, best running, walking, cycling location weve had in the city. We could go on and on.

Hi Dan (other reviewer), did you actually live at The Grove? I noticed that you copied and pasted the same complaints across all PSW properties? I am sorry I dont remember seeing you at our meetings & gatherings, etc?:I have lived in The Grove for almost 4 years now and have loved every minute of it! We are the original owners of our home and had a seamless experience throughout the building process.The home has held up extremely well - it still feels like its brand new! It is well built and extremely easy to care for. We have literally had zero issues since moving in.All of our community neighbors are fantastic and easy to work with from an HOA standpoint. Everyone is very easy going and super down to earth and friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, lots of families out walking with their dogs and enjoying all this area has to offer.We love the ease and livability of this home + the proximity to good restaurants and White Rock Lake! All in all great community!

My husband and I have lived at The Grove for a little over a year and LOVE this little community. All of our neighbors are beyond welcoming and kind - always willing to go the extra mile. Additionally, the homes are very well built and easy upkeep being energy efficient.

Wonderful little neighborhood. Great neighbors. Perfect location.You are 0.2 miles away from hopping on the South Pacific Trail which connects and branches to so many more trails: Flag Pole Hill, White Rock, White Rock Connection, Santa Fe, University Crossing, and Katy Trail. Never could have thought youd have so many running and biking trails in the city at your fingertips (toetips?).White Rock lake is about 2 miles away via car and less via trails. Ridgewood park and water park is 0.75 miles. Multiple grocery stores etc everywhere.Quick access to Northwest Hwy makes your access to 75 and rest of the city easy while at the same time being setback enough to give a quiet and private feel.Private street of Arborist allows for the kiddos to play freely and safely.Our neighbors are all great and watch out for each other when need be.Love our place here in Dallas at The Grove.
