This is absolutely a beautiful and fabulous place to live. The amenities are grand!!! This new elite, gated community is going to be amazing!! My husband and I are looking for property to build and I know we have just found our forever home!!! The amenities are more then I expected, but with Debbie Smith, the realtor, showing us everything, I was thrilled!!! Debbie told us that as a Tealpointe Lake Estates resident we will have private access to a 10 acre lake with a fishing pier and walking trails around it. Plus theres a 100 acre park coming with three large lakes and jogging trails. This is so exciting and exactly what we have been looking for, a suburban luxury living with a country feel!!! Check out Tealpointe Lake Estates first before you see anything else...you will be so happy you did, we are!!!

I visited Tealpointe Lake Estates and the lake looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun. I’m excited about the 230 acres of adjoining parks & I love Huge lots. Flooding is very important to us and this is located out of the floodplain which makes me feel really good. I love that it is private and gated which will make it feel safe! They’ve got some great preferred builders too.

There are so many things I love about Tealpointe Lake Estates! What I absolutely love is that youre so close to everything, but feel like youre in the country! This subdivision is also close to 99 which makes it very convenient for traveling.

Tealpoint Lake Estates is shaping into an elite, luxurious, custom home gated community. Home owners will surely enjoy relaxing suburban living with a country feel.

This is going to be a luxurious, gated community that has a nice parklike ambience. I like that there are some great custom builders and all homes are going to be on large 1.5 acre lots. I know the developers, and highly recommend them!
