Thoughtfully designed neighborhood with tastefully adorned streets and attractive architecture.The property includes lakes, a nice amenity center and a respectable water slide with large pool. The neighborhood seemed pleasantly peaceful and enjoyable.We attended an event sponsored by Perry homes & had a wonderful time. All of the attending staff were friendly and helpful.I believe this would be a great place to find ones next home.

Fun times. Kids loved it. DJ storm was on point. Model homes looked really nice also.

Great place for the kiddos. Only two complaints. 1) there are NO RESTROOMS for the public not in the swimming pool area 2) The gate surrounding the playground is incomplete. Children can easily wander into the surrounding field and parking lot area.

The park has a small playground, swimming pool and a huge soccer/ baseball field. The park is not open to public, only for residents. To access the swimming pool you would need to get a card from the HOA.
