I got two lots in Huffman, I wanted 2 more but by the time I called the guy back, he was sold out. Good deal for the area, We had to pay with a cashier check the full amount of the lot, was worry for about this. however I had in writting I could cancel anytime, so I decided to keep going with it! :D I got a call from the title company that my signature was need it, so I am happy camper! title transfer was great! closing was great! will do business again with them! A++ -

I bought 4 lots near Conroe, Tx in cash for $15999 each, great company to work with, at first I was worry since I didnt see movement on the lot, but then in less than a month it was done. I should have got 2 more, now they are sold out in this area.
