My family of three and I will be moving here in about a month. Sandra made the application process smooth. She was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind, and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She also made sure we loved the unit we chose, showing us all the available options more than once, which we truly appreciated. I moved in August and I’m so happy I made the decision to live here! Very smooth move-in and Sandra was so helpful! It’s peaceful and quiet here. No loud music all hours of the night or shady characters lurking the property. Property is kept neat and tidy! So happy to call oaks at Laverne home!

Beautiful new townhouse community in Spring Branch!!I have recently been looking to rent a townhome for the next year in the Spring Branch area. Upon finding Oaks at Laverne I was immediately impressed by the finishing touches. Not to mention Sandra the property leasing agent is wonderful. She has been extremely helpful from my first appointment to view the property. She has spent a ton of time with him helping me navigate what floor plan would work best for me. Not to mention she has been excellent at communicating with me during the whole process.Thanks again Sandra and I am excited to move in.

5+ stars for me. Sandra was amazingly wonderful to work with, she helped tremendously with a smooth easy process on getting the paper work and everything else needed to lease. Super sweet and wonderful, easiest experience ever with a great woman. Lighly recommend asking for her if you’re planning on moving in to rent or lease!

Just moved into a townhome at Oaks at Laverne and could not be happier. Both with location and affordability. My fiancé and I love the modern look of the open concept three-story high two bed two bath home, with all vinyl wood flooring and stainless steel appliances. The added bonus of having a single-car garage and a carport is fantastic for allowing us to use the extra space as a home gym! Jose and Sandra have been so helpful through the whole application and moving process!Great for young working adults and families! Pet friendly, clean and safe!
