We could not be happier with our decision to purchase our new home from Meritage in Georgetown’s Morningstar community. We worked with Nichole Livingston. We have purchased a few homes over the years. Nichole if by far the best. If you are considering Morningstar in Georgetown, TX, go straight to Meritage and ask for Nichole. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Nice quiet place to live. HOA fees are less than Santa Rita. 3 community pools, basketball court, dog park, walking trails.

We worked with Jessica Walter from Saratoga Homes on our dream house in Morningstar community. She’s fantastic and someone who can be trusted to keep your best interests in mind while helping you along every step of the way. The entire team at Saratoga is amazing including William (construction manager)who is always present and extremely patient and helpful. We’ve loved our entire home buying experience and can’t wait to raise our family in this thriving community 😊

Our experience with Meritage homes did not start off well at all. It has taken well over three years to have warranty work completed on our home. They have gone through several supervisors whom all have been terrible with customer service and communication. However, Id like to acknowledge Jeff and his exceptional customer service and communication with us. He completed everything we needed in a short amount of time and followed up with us. He is a really great asset to have with Morningstar and I hope hell stick around to continue to help the community.

My wife and I have a couple of friends who live here. We love visiting them at MorningStar. Easy to get to and a beautiful development with a lot of thought put into enjoying the outdoors. We look forward to moving here in the near future.

This is a great little community. It wont be little much longer... Houses are being built at an unimaginable pace. My recommendation is Westin. Their homes are really nice, a cut above the rest.
