We moved into the neighborhood in March 2023 and love it. It is within 15 minutes of everything on all sides, so you get the benefit of Woodlands living without paying Woodlands pricing. Additionally it is 15 minutes off the freeway/toll roads which make it still an hour to get anywhere within the Houston/Metro area which is also nice if you work downtown. It is quiet and has a greenbelt around it which is great. We constantly see various wildlife like deer which is nice and we like. The neighbors have all been super friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is still in the process of being built as they arent building all the homes at once. So there is a fair amount of construction still which causes additional litter overall in the community. We used Colina Homes and havent had any issues with them so far. I hired 2 additional home inspectors of which both said this was one of the best builds they have seen in a while. The only complaint that I would have is that you dont get to chose any of the finishes in the home as it is already all picked out for you. So we came into the home knowing that we will have to redo things like the flooring (vinyl which is already coming up in various spots). If you are ok with that, then I highly recommend.

This subdivision is great! Neighbors are friendly and the house we got with Colina is a dream! There are still some homes being built, but the neighborhood is coming along quite fast.

Great homes - Devon Street Homes. Neighbors are very friendly ! Very quiet atmosphere and near Tomball/Woodlands. Homes are selling fast.
