I would give Masonwood 5 stars if this was only regarding the building aspect. I found that the buying process was lacking as all types of communication and questions funneled through the builders realtor, which seemed a bit inefficient and a little frustrating times depending on the situation.But moving on to the positive part; when I was able to get in contact with my homes construction manager, Cristian, it was an enjoyable and straightforward experience. It was evident that Cristian truly cares about the quality of work and he cares about the people who will live in the homes he builds. He was always incredibly responsive and always responded positively even when I was being a little nitpicky about the house.I also had the pleasure of working with Abel, the head construction manager, which really was a blessing too. He is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and organized. It’s obvious that he holds himself to a high standard and takes a lot of pride in his work.Overall, these are beautiful, high quality homes with a lot of thoughtful design to ensure the house has durability and longevity. I’m very happy with my decision to purchase one of these homes.

Our home buying experience with Masonwood was super easy and straight forward. We worked with Maura, who was extremely kind, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping us find the perfect home for us.Michael and the construction team were also great at addressing the few items identified during the final walk through - it’s evident they care about the little details that may make a big difference.We would definitely recommend any Masonwood community based on our experience!

Im not one to usually drop online reviews, but I couldnt pass up the opportunity to share my first home buying and building experience with MasonWood Homes. In this current market, the new home buying and building process was incredibly stressful. Masonwood Builders, being a smaller company, leveraged the advantage of being able to provide a higher level of focus to my requirements from the get-go. The responsive sales team and the outstanding support and service I received from their Construction Manager, Christian, truly made all the difference.Throughout the construction process, Christian consistently demonstrated genuine pride in his work. A strong foundation of trust and reliability was built with me as the client. We were able to meet an aggressive closing timeline that I have set despite all the usual delays that come with new home builds.I extend my deepest gratitude to Christian and the entire Masonwood team for their relentless efforts in turning this house into a place I now proudly call home.

These builders are very professional. It was a great experience buying the home and the quality of the build is much superior compared to other builders like Lennar and KB homes . Additionally the construction managers Harrison and Cristian were great to work with and their warranty is excellent . Our sales agent Maura Bischoff was super helpful and it was great working with her

Amazing experience working with Krystal and Datron. Masonwoods made my dream of being a homeowner happen.7 Month update: I found a build quality issue that cost me some money. I found that there is no clean out cap and the sewer pipe was exposed while being filled with water for my house. This caused a plumbing emergency where the toilets clogged at the same time. Builder has since added a clean out cap, but I was already out the money I spent dealing with the emergency clogging.

The Masonwood homes are absolutely what we were looking for. Modern, amazing quality, and in the perfect location. We decided to buy and build our first home and we were able to get everything we wanted! It didn’t take long for us to decide that Wells Point would be the perfect place to start our forever for our growing family. Krystal and Eric are both amazing and helped us every step of the way. From design to answering any of our questions and more! Covid may have stalled things a little, but we were always kept in the loop and it was WELL WORTH the wait! We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship that went into it. If you’re looking to build a new home, Masonwood is the way to go.

Never in a million years did I think Id be writing a glowing review after a homebuilding experience... but here we are, and Masonwood is killing it! I represented a client purchasing her first home and she bought in The Park at Wellspoint. If I could give 100 stars I would. Krystal Pedraza was a dream to work with. From start to finish the communication was on point with weekly updates and quick responses to any questions. Despite the insane market that we are in they met deadlines. The construction manager Eric was fabulous and extremely detailed and proactive with all of our meetings and took his time explaining the home to my client. There is no comparison with Masonwood and other home builders. These guys actually care and it shows. Not only that, their product is great. I would absolutely LOVE to work with them again and highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with Abel and Michael! They kindly helped me fix my towel hanger which was not supposed to be included in warranty. They were nice enough to supply the screws and fix it for me.

I had the opportunity to tour the Park at Wellspoint community today. It was nice! The homes are modern, beautiful quality and the neighborhood seems like a fun place to be! The sales team was informative and interested in my needs, they really tried to understand how my family and I will be living in the home. This experience felt hanging out with friends.
