I’m so excited to move into Margaritaville as soon as it’s ready. I was the first buyer to purchase here. The facilities are going to be amazing. 2 pools, hot tub, pickle ball, fitness gym, bars and restaurants all on the grounds. The staff have been great to work with and keep me updated weekly on the progress. I have lived in several condo projects when I lived in Hawaii, but none of them had all of the amenities that Margaritaville here in Lakeside will have. If you are interested I would suggest driving out to the sales office for a tour. I will have an amazing lake and Mountain View from my unit.

My husband and I are presently working with Levy Holdings in the purchase of a condo in Ajijic. Representatives were available to meet with us in person and explain their background, commitment to the project, and overview of project process. Great communication from their team. Very happy with the process thus far and looking forward to living in a new community built by Levy Holdings.

I think Levy holding is doing a great job of building a great community. I can’t wait to move into mine at the end of the year. The pools, restaurants, gym, auditorium pickleball courts will be wonderful to use each day. I am looking forward to our community garden and the area called “barkeritaville” designated for our dogs. Wait until you see the most spectacular view from the Sky Bar; incredible.

Levi Holdings took over the proyect Margaritaville (before know as La Pueblita) and after they did, finally the construction is showing progress. I have great hope that this beautiful property will be finished soon and lots of families will be happilly living here. Including my husband and I.

Excellent staff. Everyone I have met there has been a pleasure to work with. The Margaritaville property they are developing is going to be a crown jewel.
