I have been a resident for over 6 months. I love it here. Its quiet and the residents here are great. Everyone here is friendly. Even though they are all busy getting ready for work and doing our daily routines, they have the time to say hi! The leasing staff, maintenance crew are always helpful. Please dont hesitate to let the leasing office know your concerns. If Jonathan, Lisa or Brenda can accommodate and rectify the issue, it will definitely be taken care of. All you have to do is request it in writing or in person. For individuals that are looking for a place to call home. Check them out.

My wife and I have watched Legacy from start to end. Moved in as soon as our old lease was up. Been here just a month. Love the location and everything about this new home. Single story for us means no more stairs. Helpful friendly staff Jonathan and Lisa have been a big help. Looking for your next home? Give them a check out. You wont be disappointed.

Living at Legacy has been great. Most people don’t know the entire community are rental homes, which is actually nice in a way. The Pflugerville location is close to walking trails, a hop and and a skip from great schools, but my favorite is the view of the stars.

I am moving from Boston to Austin area. This is a big move especially during a pandemic when I’m only able to do a virtual and FaceTime tour before committing.From the first time I called legacy place and spoke with Amanda, I knew I was in good hands. I had called other places and didn’t receive the same type of response.Amanda was extremely polite, enthusiastic and willing to help by answering any questions I had or asking her manager something for me. She was very responsive and in touch as well, checking in and updating me throughout the process.I called many times and emailed many times (feel so annoying moving from out of state) however she was so great about everything that it helped me feel I wasn’t being as much of a pain.She did a FaceTime tour with me and showed me the house - which was gorgeous and she did a great job with this.She has helped me with recommendations and referrals for utilities etc.I had spoke with corrine a few times as well who was also very helpful and informative. I rarely leave reviews, however; I felt Amanda’s performance definitely deserved one.If you have interest in renting here: ask for Amanda! She will do everything she can to help and be positive about it, which the world needs more of right now :)

The Legacy Homes are beautiful. There are minor things to fix, but we are still very happy with our home. Lisa was super helpful when we were still out of town. She is a great asset to the Leasing office.

Speaking of exceeding expectation Legacy Has it all. This place is amazing. The rental homes have a very modern look and great has finishes, not to include the huge backyard. Location is amazing and easy access to all retail and shopping.

Great place to live. Nice and quiet community. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Lawn service is provided, which is a big bonus. I would give a 5, but the lawn service could definitely be better.

Amazing staff, they try their best to accommodate.Only gave four stars due to the horrible lawn service that we are forced to pay for on top of rent.

The Rental Homes at legacy are very Beautiful! The staff is great and homes are very spacious and have great finishes.

Management is the best I have ever dealt with very helpful and friendly this community is very clean and neighbors are very friendly also very nice home to live in👍
