In general, Balfour Beatty has done an excellent job for us. While follow-through on non-essential maintenance isnt the best, the big issues are always taken care of.Our rent is very reasonable compared to off-base, and our home us much better than our previous residence.The people here have never been anything but polite, nice, and professional. -

I have had positive experiences getting help with my fridge and ac and also prst control. Very polite and smart workers. The housing is quiet and comfy. I like living here very much! -

Stayed here while visiting friend on the AFB. Large living room and master bedroom. Yards are very well kept and has a playground and pool close by. -
