Waterstone is a fantastic community with a prime location near Montgomery! The neighborhood offers a great blend of convenience and charm, making it an excellent choice for homebuyers. K. Hovnanian Homes builds here, and my past experience with their sales agent, Amanda, has been nothing short of impressive. She is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her clients. My past clients who have built with K. Hovnanian and love their homes and the quality of construction. If youre looking for a great place to call home in Montgomery, Waterstone is definitely worth considering!

Speaking as a REALTOR, this neighborhood is great!! When you drive up, you feel like a million bucks with the very impressive front gate. Its not just a gate though, it is like a giant wall so its such a great feeling.To get to the K. Hovnanian section, you drive past all these beautiful homes, so your guests are already impressed with the neighborhood. The best thing is because K. Hovnanian is building slightly smaller homes than those found in the front, the space between houses is excellent so you dont feel like youre stacked on top of one another like is almost every other neighborhood.Also, the fact that K. Hovnanians homes are water view, means there is massive potential upside to resale values as there are only so many properties that exist this close to the water.The homes are comparable to other homes, however when you consider the proximity to the water, these are absolutely a steal of a deal.
