When my husband and I started looking for a home, we looked at subdivisions in the city, and we were not pleased with the 5 to 10 feet apart. I just felt like they were too close. So when my husband mentioned to me this subdivision, that starts with 1 acre and up. We came out and we fell in love with it. Lee helped us from the beginning of the process through the end of it, even after moving in into our home in July, been a new home, theres gonna be some touch ups, Lee worked with us through the whole process, still to this day, its a friendly subdivision. Its got the country feel the sun rises and the sunsets are amazing The fresh air just feels great to inhale. Were close enough to a grocery store to a Walmart to restaurants, but just the country feel in this little town. The people are so friendly going to the hardware store. I just feel like when I was growing up in my Old Town. We got exactly what we wanted. This subdivision is amazing. I highly recommend it. If you are wanting the country feel and to have an acre and more in land, this is the place for you. What makes me more happy is knowing its a HOA, that way people are going to keep up their properties up to par, that means our value will continue to go up. -

Great little houseing development right here in Marion. Would recommend you stop by and take a look at the model home. Amazing little neighborhood. -
