My office switched to Capital Coffee after a bad experience with Hinkley Springs. Weve been with them for about two years now. Capital Coffee is always reliable with consistent delivery each month. We had an issue with mineral buildup in one of our lines to the machine and a service rep was there within 5 minutes to replace the line today. Excellent customer service and followup! We also rent a water dispenser through them. Definitely worth it to go local.

Looking for coffee service in your business or office? I dont know why youd look to anyone other than Capital Coffee. Consider a Saturday and your machine is down, just call.. theyll get you going with zero fuss. Low on supplies before a long weekend and need a last minute order? Same.. theyve got you. I rarely see customer service and support from a vendor as I see with Capital. 100%, A+, perfection. I love dealing with this company and our dealer group has dealt with them for years. I laugh at competing vendors when they inquire to price out our coffee business. I Just laugh.. I tell these competing vendors, itd have to be free, in order for you to take Lexus of Madison away from Capital Coffee.

Capital Coffee is a great company. Ive enjoyed working with them the last 11 years. Anytime I need anything , they are a phone call or email away. Were very spoiled here at Saturn Lounge; we very much enjoy the great coffee/supplies and great service that Capital Coffee & Water Service provides. Our account manager and service rep are always easily accessible and extremely reliable. They make us feel like were theyre only account! We appreciate the excellent customer service!

These people are the best of the best!!!!! I have never worked with a company that will ALWAYS be there for you no matter what!!!!! We depend on them in a pinch and they never disappoint us!! Thank you all very much
