We were looking for a condo/town home in the Dallas area that would be no more than 30 to 40 min from Love Field. That is a pretty big area and Beverly Cardenas helped us narrow the area down and we focused on the Medical District in the end. We spent several weekends looking since we were not in a time crunch and Beverly was fantastic about always making herself available based on the days we were in town. She was quick to adjust our daily schedule and contact realtors for earlier showings when we were ahead of schedule. In the end we found the perfect town home and Beverly helped us tremendously with the negotiations to get it below asking price.Overall, a fantastic experience working with her. She provided valuable insights on different locations and what they had to offer. She has an easy going, no pressure personality that put us at ease the entire time and made this a pleasant home buying experience. I absolutely loved working with Beverly! 🏡She was exactly what I was hoping to work with and excelled my expectations! I wanted someone tenacious, that knew DFW, that I could trust knowing my style, my needs, and wants. I also loved having our own portal which allowed us to look at houses coming on the market as soon as they were posted, she was quick to set up showings and worked with our schedules. She helped us buy our first home and would absolutely recommend her!I was previously working with a different real estate agent, CA ➡️ TX transplant. However, we were not a good fit. I spoke with a few other agents and through this process found Beverly. We set up an initial call to go over both of our schedules, availability, needs, and bandwidth. This was very important to me, because of timing to find what we wanted and the current market. I knew I needed a FULL TIME real estate agent, not someone with after work hours only. Beverly went above and beyond with putting together comparables, submitting offers in as quickly as needed for this current market.Another key factor for me was needing someone local, who knew the area and understood where I was coming from to know where I wanted to go and most importantly which areas I wanted to avoid and WHY.Lastly, she was absolutely a human first, we were able to connect and go over our offers, talk strategies, understand what goes into the process. Beverly Cardenas has been my Realtor for years. She found my last 2 apartments and now my first home. Dallas is a city where EVERYONE is a Realtor, but her proven track record, extensive knowledge of the city (she grew up in Dallas), and her network of contacts made her my top choice as my realtor. Buying a property is difficult in this competitive market, so getting your offer accepted can be a challenge. When we finally found the town home I felt spoke to me in Irving, TX, she used creative ways to get our offer accepted. Call it luck, or maybe it was her out of the box thinking. But regardless, I was able to get into my new home in just 30 days! If youre currently home shopping or already have a realtor, I suggest you at least give Beverly a call before you commit to working with someone else.
