The cleaning went very well. They were responsive and courteous about scheduling the house cleaning. When I returned from work later that day, I could tell all the surfaces including the harder to reach surfaces were cleaned and the few items of trash and clutter were picked up. Everything that wasnt disorganized prior to the cleaning was put back in its place and the disorganized items were moved to a better spot for the most part. I would definitely use this service again.

Fernanda and her team are such a genuine pleasure to work with and make the turnover process seamless.They have a system to upload the requirements for every property they turnover. This means if you provide instructions once, they will get it right.Marina’s does turnovers for many properties in the Frisco area and beyond. My husband and I only have one rental property at the moment, but we were never made to feel like small fish. Based on experience, I can say with certainty this is not always the case with every turnover company .Fernanda has a wealth of experience in turnover management and she has provided invaluable insight to this newbie starting out.I could keep going, but I’m sure these reviews have a word limit.

LOVE this business! It took me 4 different companies and A LOT of money before I found this gem! They truly make coming home SO awesome! I get a bi weekly service and I haven’t regretted it one bit. The communication and customer service have been absolutely amazing. In my opinion they definitely don’t look at you as just another house. They truly take pride in making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Not to mention they do the little things! Pictures attached!
