    Gerald did an amazing job cleaning my couch and chair. I have dogs in my home and the couches were dingy and smelly. Gerald was able to take the bad smell out and get out some really tough stains out of them. The couches previously looked brown and now they look gray, as they are suppose to.Gerald was also very prompt and communicative. He gave me a detailed proposal and walked me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend and use him again for any of my upholstery needs.

    I received excellent carpet cleaning services. They were timely, professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. My house smells so fresh. I also liked that the carpets were not sopping wet. After 2 hours they are almost dry. I highly recommend.

    I will never use another carpet cleaning service ever again. Word Of Mouth Cleaning Service has my business for life!!! Mr. Gerald was very professional. He traveled an hour and 15 minutes to come and clean my carpets and furniture. He did a magnificent job. He explained things to me and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He also gave me advice as far as what to do and what not to do to take care of my carpets and furniture. Excellent service!

    Gerald is a true professional. He is timely, honest, reasonably priced and takes pride in his work. He has cleaned our house carpet, silk and wool rugs and my office waiting room chairs. Every time we have been very happy with his work. One time there was a difficult stain to remove on our sofa, and he came back 2 more times just to try to remove it but did not add an extra charge for it. I highly recommend Gerald!

    A co worker referred Gerald to us because she was pleasantly amazed with his professionalism, and not to mention the results of his work in terms of cleaning her carpet. We finally allowed him to clean our carpet today and he did a spectacular job on our carpet as well. He even called back to follow up. My husband and I was extremely satisfied with hiswork and his professional demeanor. We would highly recommend his work to anyone that is seeking a person to clean their carpet and someone that takes pride in their work. We will be contacting him againsoon to buff our tile floors.

    I appreciate Gerald’s responsiveness and punctuality. He arrived on time and also notified me when he was in route. In person he was very kind and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. My tenant left the unit very dirty, but Gerald transformed it. I’ll definitely use him again in the future.

    Gerald was a miracle worker! We moved into a home that had been on the market for a year but we were the first residents after a major remodel. There is wood look tile throughout that had been cleaned incorrectly for a year and had a horrible waxy buildup that just kept flaking and made the floor look filthy no matter how thoroughly it was mopped. Gerald to the rescue! He spent the entire day moving our furniture and stripping the porcelain floors down to their original glory! Thank you Gerald!!!
