Andrew came today to clean dryer vent. He climbed on roof and cleaned thoroughly. I really appreciate him coming and cleaning vent. He was very helpful.Today we got rain on and off so roof was wet and he could not pickup the lint he pulled from vent. He left lint on the roof which will dry in few days hopefully and come down.

These guys are professionals! They will explain everything clearly first and show you what they are doing.We needed a deep clean. Andrew came in and did an inspection first. I called Steam Express to have my dryer vent cleaned after an inspection of my home. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I received a call from Andrew at least 15 minutes before his arrival. Andrew found my dryer vent conduit severely clogged due to 24 years without maintenance. I did not know that cleaning the dryer vent conduit was needed. I thought that cleaning the dryer filter and vacuuming inside the flexible dryer hose was all that was required. I highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew really did a good job on cleaning my dryer vent. If your dryer vent is not cleaned it can cause fires. I didnt know the outside vent had a bird nest enlarged in the dryer vent. I will buy a enclosure to prevent this from happening again. I learned a lot from Andrew. Andrew even agreed to put the bird guard to protect my vent from future bird nests. I will call on Andrew again for future repairs. A job well done.

I had my air ducts cleaned a couple days ago by Natasha and her crew and I already feel a complete difference in my air quality. Natasha has GREAT customer service and I would love to see her again in the future. The before and after is just immaculate and just so wonderful. I recommend her and her crew to several family members. They also cleaned my carpet within the same day which is also great, makes my carpet feel brand new plus great smell after.

I was highly disappointed that Technician forgot to clean my living room rug as I stayed to him when we discussed what I wanted done.
