This is actually 10 star! Caitlin was very responsive, and absolutely great. The place I was staying, had good amenities, parking, lovely daylight, view, etc. The apartment was styled in the way that I would have styled it. I honestly did not want to leave. And now Ive been home a few days thinking about my review, and still wishing I was there... Outstanding stay. TY, Smallwood.

Absolutely stellar experience all the way across. I used Smallwood to secure a short-term furnished apartment when I moved to Fort Worth. One phone call to Caitlyn and within an hour I had a one bedroom furnished apartment secured near downtown with parking and amenities included. I stayed there almost two months. Check in and check out were clearly communicated. Caitlyn was responsive the whole time including a couple of times I had maintenance issues and when I needed them to pick up a package for me. I got my full deposit back at the end. Would recommend this service to anyone moving here. Moving is stressful, and having something like this go so smoothly really goes a long way into making it easier.

It was an absolute pleasure renting an apartment with Caitlyn at Smallwood Corporate Housing in Fort Worth, Texas. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and had a small balcony with gorgeous views of the Trinity River and the Fort Worth Skyline. I would rent it again if Im ever back there on business.The entire staff was very accommodating and quick to answer my questions. The whole process was delightful.

We rented an apartment in Fort Worth; Caitlyn sent easy to understand arrival instructions and the lock box was easily accessible. We had a beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool with great street walk ability; we have two dogs so that is important. Our apartment was walking distance to Sundance Square and yet private enough to feel like we weren’t downtown. The team included a lovely starter pack upon our arrival and all the basic home amenities needed. Overall we had a lovely experience. I would highly recommend them.

Was fortunate enough to work with Charles @ Smallwood Corporate Housing not only once but twice at Trinity Bluff. Charles made it so easy to move in and move out. Sent over all rental paperwork very quickly and had the keys waiting for me when i arrived. The apartment was very clean (thanks) and the furniture and feel of the unit was homey. Everything you need for a perfect stay in Fort Worth. Thank you Charles, you certainly know how to serve clients.

Great temporary housing experience! Spend 3 months in Fort Worth. Charles made it easy to complete the rental process, answered all our questions and really helped our transition. Caitlyn was awesome - got us everything we needed and asked for and then some! Great facility - clean, quiet, pet-friendly, close to everything, and perfect for families!

I am constantly on the road traveling for business and when I find a corporate home that treats me as if I were part of a family, it is always a very special review.Caitlyn Sorrells made my transition from home to my home away from home an extremely stress free process. Caitlyn is in constant communication with me, which makes me feel and know, she cares and is willing to go over and beyond to ensure I am comfortable as well as checking to see if I need anything.Individuals such as Caitlyn, makes my business trip feel as if I am on a mini vacation.I truly and sincerely recommend Smallwood Corporate Housing for anyone whos in search for your home away from home. Charles is wonderful for all of our corporate housing needs. We thought we would be in Fort Worth short term, but keep getting extended and Charles has been very accomodating. He has even set up week long rentals for family when they visit. We highly recommend Charles and Smallwood!

Great customer service. My family and I were transitioning between homes and Caitlyn was very helpful throughout the process. Prompt answers to phone calls and emails. Friendly service. The property was great as well. It had everything we could need for a temporary home away from home.
