Yan was very helpful, trustworthy and professional. He went the extra mile to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The complex was phenomenal. New, clean, with all modern amenities you might wish for. The apartment had all one needs to stay comfortably. Highly Recommended!

The place was beautiful, extremely clean, the location is simply amazing, very close to the best Houston has to offer in terms of dinning and shopping. Communication with the owner was flawless and he was very flexible when I needed to change my arrival time and departure. I would highly recommend this property to a couple or a single person visiting Houston and wanting a premier location.

Yan met us at the apartment and was most helpful in explaining things. The apartment was in a great locationarea) for us. Plenty of places to shop (groceries, whatever) nearby. We had a few questions and he was great about to responding quickly. The apartment is well-equipped, which was helpful since we were there for nearly 10 days and didnt want to eat out all the time. Mostly quiet - no street noise. would definitely recommend this apartment.

Yan was a most wonderful host. The apartment and complex were simply amazing. Beautiful resort pool was the view from our patio.

What a great place to stay .. i arrived late at night and those guys checked me in with no hesitation ..the apartment was amazing and had everything in it ..i cant believe i stayed in hotels until now ...communication was prompt and professional ....from now on im using corporate housing where ever ill go preferably this company .

Great place. Clean and close to everything you need in Midtown Houston. Yan was very welcoming and I would always come back.

Very good communication , attentive service when ever i needed them they were there , the apartment was awesome and very clean , excellent location , i recommend using their housing services to everyone i will use it again .
