Kozi Corporate Housing is the best! I was easily able to find affordable corporate housing in the Houston Metro area. I was not far from my job and in a very nice area of Houston. My rental agent, Tristan Monroe, was very helpful from the start. I rented with Kozi for a year and never had an issue that wasnt immediately handled. I would definitely rent with Kozi Corporate if I ever return to Houston for another job assignment. I would also DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for NICE, AFFORDABLE, corporate housing.

From initial contact through final departure, Blake and Holly at Kozi Corporate Apartments made my temporary lodging experience quite simply delightfully. Prompt, responsive, and always exceptionally professional, the Kozi team obviously understands the primacy of customer service. The particular apartment and location which I stay at, 3636 McKinney Apartments,was just as amazing. Surrounded by an awesome array of shopping, dining and nightlife options all within a three-block radius, the Uptown area offered the perfect mix of entertainment and commerce within a short stroll. The apartment itself, was tastefully furnished and without missing amenities... definitely going to fondly look back on my time there.Needless to say, I couldnt recommend Kozi any more strongly!!

Blake with Kozi made this an easy process and our condo was great! There were two minor issues but maintenance had them fixed quickly. We will definitely recommend and use Kozi again!
