We relocated to The Woodlands from the UK in August-2020 (in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic). CHA (Sue Speir) did a fantastic job in assisting with our relocation, helping make things as smooth as possible.Our first stop was a CHA corporate apartment in The Woodlands. After a long day of traveling with 4 young kids, it was great to be able to just ‘walk into’ a furnished apartment. The instructions we had received made finding the apartment/gaining entry easy. Sue even did a grocery shop for us so we had a stocked refrigerator in the morning to feed the kids (who awoke hungry at 4am owing to jet lag). When we checked-out, CHA offered a cleaning service which made move-out a quick and stress free process for my wife.Our final stop was a 1-year rental in The Woodlands. Wanting to minimize our time in an apartment with 4 kids, Sue worked with us (virtual showings, etc.) to find suitable housing/sign a lease prior to us landing in Houston. Prior to us taking possession, Sue did multiple walk-throughs of the property with the landlord to make sure the home was cleaned and ready for us to move-in.Would highly recommend CHA and Sue Speir for anyone relocating to The Woodlands! They did a great job listening, and providing everything we needed for a smooth transition.
