    I am a client for over a year and I love and adore Randi here. She is such a professional, with hint of grace and is quick with responses and getting anything I need done, in a timely manner. With the amount of changes with different receptionist, Randi always steps in figures it out. But Lucid Corporate needs to do better and finding a receptionist thats full time. The lack of receptionist, does effect me as well as some of the clients here with the amount of services you offer here. We need two staff not one. Do better! Thank you Randi, for all you do!!

    We love the LUCID West Plano coworking facility. They have done an excellent job on laying out the space - quiet offices for head down work, attractive lounge areas, inviting conference rooms - and Anna and Randi are a very hands on team running the office.

    I have been working with WorkSuites in Plano for several years now. I have appreciated the service overall. Overall the spaces are always clean and professional. The space is really nice, but it is the people that really create the differentiator in an office, team, or organization. A recent change in the current year has been a major lift to the service provided at the front desk, Lori Villarreal. She is absolutely the most personable and focused on ensuring that all members of the community are cared for within the confines of her role, and frequently beyond it.She has gone above and beyond to not only provide service, but to create a community within the offices. I did not know any of the people that I would see within the environment in the previous years. Prior to Lori, the environment was cordial, but austere. She has worked to make the office space a friendly and inviting place where people learn the names of the folks they see each day, and look forward to talking with them.She takes her normal responsibilities and has used them to create connection between her and the members of the shared space. Creating a caring team environment.If I ever have an opportunity to fill in my organization for someone that can organize, communicate, motivate, engage, and develop relationships, Lori would be the first person I would recruit.

    I just started in this Work Suites a couple months ago and I love it! The building has a very friendly atmosphere and I felt welcomed from the first day I started. This is all due to the community manager Lori Villarreal who is always there to help with anything and keeps the building positive with amazing happy hours and events.

    This has been amazing palce to work.They have great facilities, like conference rooms pantry and other infrastructure.It has good parking and good options of food around.Very easy to hit Highway.But best part the office people mainly Lori and Tessa the have been great always smiling and helpfull every time.Jack has been too very helpful!!Highly recommend this for ur business

    This is a great facility. Always very clean and the staff are always very accommodating. I’ve been with them now for 5+ years and have never had any problems.     5.13.2022 Wanted to update my review. I changed it to 5 stars. Weve been renting here for 7 or so years. Lori Villareal is unbelievably amazing. She has created a sense of community that has never been seen previously. She accommodating and her work ethic is second to none. She wants everyone to be happy and works to do so. She is the best hire Worksuites has ever placed in this position and we decided to stay because of her. We were planning to move out and instead upgraded our office to another office in Worksuites. Im now excited about being there!! WE LOVE LORI!!

Losing one star just because of the office temperature...central cooling can get really cold in some offices in the summer. Otherwise, excellent service.

    They really allow your brand to shine through. Unlike other places like Regus or Caddo. It is about you and not them. They have great events and concierge gifts. But we wouldnt have found this place if it wasnt for Mandi. We gave her our vision and of all the Worksuites she guided us to this one. She is always available and that is valuable in this day and age.
