Update 8/27/24:Staff members Megan and Dan are always happy to help and assist with all of your needs. Their interactions are always so positive and friendly.I can listen to Megan interact all day long because she’s always so positive and happy to help.This is a great location to get an office and do business. Very friendly and helpful staff/team members, very clean and organized office space, they offer refreshments and provide small business owners like myself an avenue to do business in a very professional space.This location is one of the best but their other locations are great too. I have been a customer since 2020 from their old Plano location and moved to this uptown location.

I have an office at this location and the staff has gone above and beyond to meet my needs as well as my clients expectations for seamless and impeccable service.Megan is incredibly friendly and receptive to her clients and makes me feel welcome each time I walk in the door. Through service is here are the best bang for your book when looking for office or conference room space in the Dallas area. I look forward to working with Lucid for years to come.

By far, Lucid has been the best shared office space I have ever worked in. The staff is amazing! They make the agreement process so seamless, and I have never had any issues with having any surprise charges in my invoices. I mention this because of my experience with Regus, which was a nightmare. I highly recommend Lucid, especially if you are just starting up your business. Great way to keep overhead low, while also making a good impression with your clients. You will definitely be in good hands.

I love my Lucid family at COLE AVE!!! With customer service falling by the waist side, Megan and Dan have been amazing. I appreciate all that they do. Im a traveling entrepreneur and only get in the office once every other month, they make me feel like I see them everyday. My clients love the office and the immediate attention they are given makes me look like a well owned machine. Keep doing great work!

I have been working out of the Uptown location for a few years now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking for clients attending meetings, and the staff is outstanding! The conference rooms and other spaces are always impeccably maintained, leaving a great impression on my visitors. I highly recommend this location!

I recently signed up to have a virtual office at the Cole Avenue location. Another team had me sign the wrong contract, even though I questioned the location. BUT, the Cole Ave team promptly corrected the error with no hassle. I then went to visit the location. Dan showed me and my colleague around. He was terrific. He gave us so much advice; made sure we knew how to do everything. On a second visit, I met Megan. She was great too. I am so glad I changed locations. Thanks for the warm welcome Team!! I highly recommend this location for the business community.

Lucid Offices on Cole Ave. gets an A++ from us! Our small company viewed many, many office location options and this location was by far the best! This office is beautiful, great vibes, we liked the surface parking and the parking garage. But what most drew us to this location were Megan and Daniel! We had so many questions and they were quick to respond with detailed, clear communication. We feel very well taken care of and are enjoying our new office space very much.

The facilities are well presented and in good repair. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. The overall atmosphere is collegial and fun. We have really fun activities and celebration in which one may participate or not and those functions are great network-builders. Rates and services are great, too. A real win-win!

Cant say enough about these two young ladies that take care of us at the Cole Ave location. They are cheerful and up beat so that energy is felt when the elevator doors open up and you see their bright and smiling face. They go out of their way to help you. Sarah is always creating new ways for people to come out of their offices and network. The place is clean and spacious. Throughout the day I will see Sarah or Alasandra cleaning in the kitchen which makes me feel good when getting something from the kitchen. Oh and Sarah is very creative when making the spa water. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
