    I must say, these private offices at Lucid are pretty nice. But what’s even nicer is Haley, the General Manager, she was so helpful and accommodating. I would have given this place 4 stars but with how helpful Haley was I had to give it a 5! Thank you!

    Allie, the community manager, and Jennifer the receptionist are absolutely wonderful! They greet my clients when they come in for an appointment and are very helpful. I am glad I chose Work Suites for my virtual office for my company, Five Diamond Club! It is great that I also have the ability to use my private office or conference room hours at more than 20 offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston area! I have already used time at the Allen, Plano, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Las Colinas, and several Dallas locations!

    Lucid Private Office, managed by Haley B., is top-notch. Both Haley and the front office staff, including Tania, have been incredibly helpful and beneficial. They are always on top of incoming mail and promptly inform us. Haley is always willing to assist us at the office at a moments notice. Recently, we moved to a larger office space downstairs and needed a streamlined transition to avoid downtime. Within hours, Haley and the Lucid Private Office staff had our new and improved office up and running. Their dedication and efficiency are truly commendable.And dont forget about the awesome happy hours and random lunches they randomly provide.

    My boss and I moved to the Southlake Lucid Offices summer of 23 and for context, we had been with Lucid (formerly WorkSuites) for going on 10 years. In that time, we have worked with many front desk attendants, building staff, and general managers. Everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous, and makes a conscious effort to know each of the frequent flyers of the office (name and schedule). Requests are quickly filled and anything we need to make our day to day run smoothly is accommodated.Highly recommend Southlake Lucid Private Offices to anyone looking for a home away from home.Keep up the great work Southlake Staff!

    Clean, spacious workspaces that are reasonably priced - especially considering all the high-tech amenities plus coffee, tea, kitchen, etc. I only wish they had real whiteboards in the conference rooms in addition to the clear glass walls to write on. Or better yet - that the walls were painted with the whiteboard paint that so many offices are going to.

    I really love this office! Allie, Kristi, and Briana at the front desk are amazing, always with a smile on their face😁 Service is top notch and everyone is super friendly. Coffee in the common area is awesome and the entire place is always clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    This team goes above and beyond every single day! They are super attentive, extremely professional, problem solvers, and most of all incredibly kind! The company I work for moved into our new offices here in Southlake at the beginning of the year and we have been blown away by all of these qualities of the staff.     We really enjoy our office space in Southlake Town Square. We are in close proximity to Dallas or Fort Worth; our office is always clean, and the site manager Haley is so helpful and courteous. Being able to utilize the conference rooms and kitchen area as needed is a great perk.

    Lucid Private offices at the Southlake Town Square location has provided an excellent experience as a tenant. We began with just a small office and transitioned to a much larger one. In the in-between phase of moving offices, they were so accommodative and helpful to make sure we were settled in okay. The team here is helpful and positive - Gillian, Brian, Matthew, to name our favorites ◡̈ - and we really appreciate them! Very happy to be a leasing client here. We also love the cleanliness of the building, the decor, all of the conference rooms. In general, the accommodations are lovely, the parking is convenient, the whole location is 10/10.

    Our team loves this space! Modern, clean, secure…not to mention the great location that is central to the downtown Southlake area and there is always ample parking. The meeting rooms, technology and facilities are very modern and accommodating.     Let me start by saying that Tori Martinez (Southlake Community Manager) is great. Shes the driving force behind the review.Weve been in this office for a few years now and for the most part its been great. The issues have come primarily from turnover of personalities, noise, and the lack of cleaning from time to time. Weve never had any issues with friendliness orresponsiveness. The overall layout and space is great. Its worth a look for sure, but speak with Tori if youre interested.

    I looked at many different options within a 20 mile radius of Southlake and this location was the best of the best. Wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable front desk staff! Im greeted with a smile every morning when I arrive. Super clean facility. I highly recommend this professional space to anyone looking for an alternative to working from home. Also has the ability to accommodate start ups and those wanting to downsize.

    I have been a part of the WorkSpace community since last October and have found the accommodations to be incrediblly valuable. This was the best value in the market and the staff has always been highly professional and responsive. Not only is the Southlake location centrally located but is convienent to a variety of retail and dinning options. If your looking for flexible office space that offers you a professional, clean enviroment you should check WorkSpace out.

    I just signed on with a virtual office and have found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. My one complaint is the frequency with which the phone says they are away from the desk or when I stop by to see if I have mail they are not at the desk. I have called and visited at varying hours and at least half of the time the message has told me to call back later or I have found no one available to check my mail for me.
