This is hands down the best office experience I’ve ever had. All the amenities are top notch. Everyone respects the office environment and the management has been very chill and helpful for everything I’ve asked. Even offered to purchase tea for us non-coffee drinkers! Not to mention the views!

I’ve been renting a part-time private office for a few months and am really enjoying it. The space is beautiful, the work environment is quiet, and they’ve been adding amenities (like monitors) to the shared offices to make it easier for folks like me who don’t have a permanent assigned space (less to carry!). Lucid was the only office I looked at where you could have a hybrid contract (some days in a private office, some days open space)…and the private offices have windows. Highly recommend for anyone working from home who also wants to get out a bit.

Fantastic set-up. The use of the space suited our organizations needs. The staffers, especially Anissa; who should continue to be the face of Lucid (Greenway Plaza)--her promotion is/was right sized and well deserved (wears many hats she does), were always uber professional and perfectly patient, kind and greatly considerate in assisting our staff with their soft demands; a helping hand or policy insight was always at the ready. Equally, I would like to give a nod to Marissa and Sophia for their warm and enthusiastic greetings, without fail.We loved the space(s) even the funky-wonky ones. lol And the spectacular views. Oh, and dare I fail to mention the occasional special events and related activities--scored some great items from the silent auction and lots of treats, when in office, for happy hours and other celebrations.Here! I have the pleasure of using Lucid Private Offices in River Oaks/Greenway, and I must say, it is a delightful experience. The staff there are incredibly friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile and are always eager to help with any needs or questions you might have. What stands out to me the most is their responsiveness; whether it’s a small request or a significant concern, they quickly act and ensure everything runs smoothly. Our company is at the location on upperkirby/Greenway. We absolutely love the space. Everything is beautiful. The associates are amazing. Personally, Lauren Weaver has been great and very accommodating. Our office view is amazing.

I would like to thank the Lucid Private Offices Management team for their hard work and dedication to keeping their clients/tenants happy. I started off with just a monthly membership plan back in January of this year, before moving into my own private office.It comes complete with a small desk, chair and a lockable file cabinet (can be upgraded) which is beneficial to me because Im a counselor and keeping my clients information safe and secure is one of my top priorities. I still have 10 free hours a month of access to the larger day offices and meeting rooms.Garage parking is included in my rent, as well as mail delivery, and the receptionist access (in terms of greeting your clients and making sure that their situated until you are ready for them). I use the day offices for my couple sessions my private office for my individual sessions, as I purchased a smaller office with the glass doors. I use a partition whenever privacy is needed.The rent at the moment is about $625 which does include a phone line, wifi access, copy, and printer access. I would definitely recommend the Greenway Plaza location for any counselor/attorney that is in private practice and is looking for a nice office to see your clients at.The pictures provided are one of the day offices, common area, and the guest area.-Dwight. Honestly love this office space. Ive tried a few co-working arrangements and I would recommend Lucid hands down. There are multiple workspace options that cater to a spectrum of needs. The staff is very responsive and genuinely care out about creating a hospitable work environment.

We have been at this location for almost two months and love it here! The amenities and location are great. Everything we need is here! Excellent office space with amazing views, covered parking, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, deli & cafe, gym, FREE unlimited coffee, and more! All common areas are always kept impeccably clean. If you’re looking for a professional setting where your company has room to grow, you must check out this place before there are no spaces left! The amenities surpass what other shared office spaces have to offer. Brian and Lauren have been very flexible and helped us with many requests. They turned a stressful office move into a pleasant experience. We’re thrilled to be here at Lucid Private Offices – Greenway.
