    Amazing staff, Gabbie, the manager, is the sweetest. She went above and beyond to help me with my problems. She has the best customer service and is very professional. Honestly, if it wasnt for her, I can not say I would have stayed as long as I have with Lucid. The people make the company and Im glad she was there to help me. If youre thinking about signing with Lucid make sure its with Gabbie at North Park because she really is amazing.

    The office space is stunning! The common areas are always clean and inviting. Gabriela, Senior General Manager, is a delight. Her and her team go above and beyond to make sure tenants and their guests feel welcome. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our clients.     My experience here has been great! The team at Lucid has been warm, welcoming and professional and the suite looks beautiful. I would especially like to highlight the manager Gabrielas hard work organizing the office move, good communication, making sure we are comfortable and creating an inviting and productive work environment.If youre looking for a small workspace or two, with amenities like coffee, lounge, extremely comfortable meeting rooms, a magnificent view of Dallas from all angles, and the perfect blend of a calming and productive atmosphere, I cant recommend this office enough.

    I work for a law office at Lucid North Park I am very happy with all the accommodation and working with Morgan James and Gaby Ramirez as they are very friendly and great at assisting on any issues that might arise from booking a conference room to the telephone system as well as the gym they are very helpful in informing us and getting us access. Lucid’s staff from security, management to cleaning staff have all been friendly and great. I have had a A+ experience with Morgan and Gaby and would encourage other business to occupy their offices here.

    I love working at Lucid Private Offices Dallas - Greenville location!     I had an appointment with a client at this location, and I have to say I was impressed. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. She introduced herself as Bethany and, right away, asked if my parking needed to be validated. The building was clean, and had a professional atmosphere. I also had the pleasure of meeting Gaby who is the community manager there. Her and Bethany mixed very well with each other. Making the whole experience pleasant.

    If you are seeking office space, you must evaluate Lucid. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have visited many of their DFW locations. They are consistent, professional, clean and all with a caring staff. Fees are very reasonable and competitive.I am in the Park Cities location and have no plans of leaving. The attention, care and help I receive from Whitney and Gabby is superb!

    I love the office and the support! My law firm enjoys the quiet place to work and concentrate. We also enjoy the conference rooms where we have meetings with clients or other lawyers with whom we do joint venture cases. Jennifer Narviz is fantastic - from greeting clients to all kinds of mailing and other organizational tasks, and amazingly puts up with our last minute requests. Without her my chaos would reign, but as it is, I appear always on top of things! :) Oh - forgot - its super easy to tell clients our location, and they have plenty of parking!

    Meridian Business Center has been a great place to office. The offices are very nice and Jennifer, the Community Coordinator at my building is wonderful. She always greets you and your guests with a smile, and she is ready to offer professional and courteous assistance at any time.

    My law firm has operated in WorkSuites-Park Cities for a little over a year and a half. Being able to practice in a full service office environment is wonderful. The Suites provide professional conference rooms, a stocked kitchen, and other amenities without having the responsibility of overseeing them. The receptionist service is first class and Jennifer Narviz is always professional and willing to go the extra mile to assist both me and my clients. I dont see us going anywhere else.

Energy Square recently underwent major renovations and added an onsite gym. Grub Burger is located on site, but plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you run a small business I highly recommend WorkSuites at Energy Square.
