I couldn’t be more impressed with the space and overall experience. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and well designed. What really stands out is the level of service the staff is friendly, attentive and always willing to help with requests. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the space is maintained and tenants feel supported. Whether you’re looking for a private office or shared space. Lucid Mockingbird station is an excellent space for anyone seeking a comfortable, productive and professional environment.

I attended a meeting at these offices and found myself impressed enough to write a review. Walking into the building, it felt new, upscale, well attended, and secure. When I got off the elevator, l was surprised to see the open lobby and entire floor to be exclusive to Lucid. I was received by the receptionist with a smile and felt truly welcomed. The lobby, common areas, conference rooms, and service were all Class A. Well done.

I recently visited this location and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was perfect, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The service I received was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. I left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect apartment to suit my needs. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. Gaby, the manager of the floor, has been very welcoming and helpful in my times of being here.The leasing process was seamless and stress-free. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided clear, comprehensive information about the lease terms, amenities, and community features. The property itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and top-notch facilities. Its clear that the management team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their residents.

I leased office space from their Mockingbird Station location for over a year, and I was blown away by the whole experience! Gabriela Ramirez and her team were always available to help with anything I needed, they treat everyone like a top priority and that is a difficult quality to find in my opinion.The amenities are first class - Coffee bar was always fully stocked and fresh, beautiful conference rooms that are free to use and they have cleaning crews on site regularly so nothing was ever out of place. When I brought clients in for meetings, they raved about how clean and gorgeous the space was.I will 100% be back at this location to lease office space soon!

I moved into this Lucid location (at Mockingbird) a few months ago. I was so nervous, with a new business and after being at my last job for 20 years. But the people here are so nice and welcoming. The Senior General Manager for this location, Gaby Ramirez, makes everything run completely smoothly. Seriously, she makes whatever you need happen, if its at all possible. You cant ask for more than that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND...and ask for Gaby!

She has an infectious personality, and my clients often mention this to me.She is friendly, competent, dependable, and hard working, and goes the extra mile on behalf of the Worksuite tenants. I often see her working through her lunch break and completing assignments after normal working hours. She is certainly an asset to both me and the entire Worksuite organization.
