This place has been great to run our Business,Texan’s Home sweet Home. It offers very professional staff, place is clean and well maintained. Also allow you to personalize your room. If you’re looking for a great place to run your business from we highly recommend it.

Great place with an amazing team! However, securing an office space for a few hours when on the virtual office plan can be challenging unless booked 3–4 weeks in advance. It appears that other locations generally have more availability on that front. The tenant portal could use UI improvements, such as better search functionality for office spaces. Currently, the site has issues with resetting dates and displaying inaccurate availability. Additionally, the offices don’t seem to have individual thermostats, and in some rooms, constant heating creates excessive warmth and background noise.That said, aside from these areas for improvement, it’s a fantastic place to rent an office!

I have been renting an office from Lucid Private Offices for years now. Starting out at the Allen location, I transferred to this McKinney location after about a year after relocating to this area. Lucid made the transfer seamless, and has consistently helped me get what I need for my business out of the spaces that they provide. I will soon be moving into downtown Dallas, and very much look forward to the flexibility and ease of transfer that Lucid provides when relocating to one of their Dallas offices.For the past few years at Lucid I have personally had the pleasure of working with Anishia Washington, the Senior General Manager, who has gone absolutely above and beyond ensuring that my experience here at both Lucid Allen and Lucid McKinney has been exceptional. Anishia fosters an amazing community at all of the offices that she is a part of, and goes out of her way to ensure that everyone is included. From weekly events to updates and notifications that keep clients informed of whats going on, Anishia is always on top of it.If you are looking for a coworking space, or looking to rent your own space for your work needs, I highly recommend this location. The flexibility, amenities, and community are second-to-none.

I’m a tenant at Lucid Private Offices and I’ve been very impressed with the staff from the tour process through settling in.I’m an entrepreneur running a startup in our third year. I chose this Lucid office because it was brand new, gorgeous and offered a professional, finished image I was hoping to project to my employees and partners.Everyone who has visited our office has been impressed!It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it!The staff from Brian the sales manager who handled contracting, to Levina and Aundrea who run the place have all been amazing! I am tenant in the building who has had many interactions with Anishia and Jessica. I think that the negative review was just miscommunication or even something else. Honestly, Anishia and Jessica always have a smile on their faces and are extremely attentive. They are just good people who care about us. I havent seen a single look of complacency or disrespect from either one of them. These ladies are sweethearts. I encourage anyone looking for a space to come on in and look around and interact with the team here. I am positive that you will agree with my assessment of Anishia and Jessica.

I established an office at Lucid-McKinney two months ago and could not be happier. The staff and facilities are definitely a step above what you will find elsewhere in the area. If you like covered parking, high-speed internet, and a quiet workplace, I highly recommend checking it out.Update: Its been a little over 5 months since I established my office here, and I have to say that I absolutely love it. When I initially chose this office, I selected it for features such as true high-speed internet (900/900 now), covered parking, nice facilities, etc. After having been there a little over 5 months, I can say what really makes this place stand out are the office managers, Jo and Levina. They greet me every morning, arrange socials like the bagel social this morning (very nice), and handle any facilities issues that arise. What really brought this home for me was that Jo had to be away from the office for a while recently, and I realized how much I missed chatting with her. Kudos to Lucid for having two managers on-site most of the time. Managing these shared office spaces is a lot of work, really more than one person can handle (especially in a new building where there are always kinks to work out). I am glad Lucid is not trying to save money here - other shared office companies do. Oh, and I almost forgot... and it is one of my favorite things (that I did not know I needed in my life), fruit-flavored water. Levina and Jo make it every morning, along with the coffee :-)
