    Unfortunately repairs on our own building are completed and we will have to leave Audra and her excellent staff here at Lucid LBJ. We will definitely miss her wonderful ways and beautiful smile as well as the fantastic offices and amenities that have made our time here an absolute pleasure. Arriving here each morning, using the access controlled, very large parking garage and weatherproof skybridge make you feel special. And the panoramic views from the 12th floor of this gorgeous building with its own cafe, run by total darlings, makes this experience more like a resort than an office building.Do yourself a favor and let Audra and her staff take care of you like its a vacation so you can focus on your work, you wont regret it and tell her Tom sent you.

    Excellent office that checks all of the boxes—easy to access with ample free parking, skybridge access from the garage, an on-site cafe, plenty of elevators to get up to the 12th floor, and (my favorite) getting greeted by Audra, or someone from her team, with a genuine desire to make you feel at home.

We moved in a week ago and Audra the Community Manager has been great at filling our needs and making sure we have everything we need.     Lucid Towers in Farmers Branch is a great office to work in. Audra and Mallory have been nothing but accommodating, very nice, helpful and always wearing smiles. The office is very well and kept clean. The cafe is exceptional as well as the gym. Overall, a fantastic community.

    The Senior General Manager and staff are very professional and extremely helpful. I enjoy working there because I feel part of a network. Although we are all working separately, it still feels like a team! The accommodations are professional, modern, and clean; I feel proud to bring clients there.

    We decided to move our main office location here earlier in the year. We were previously at another tower about 8 minutes away. There were a few other companies and locations that we were looking into, but Audra stole the show with her initial walk through presentation. She made us feel like we belonged there and didn’t try hard to over sell. She provided a clear breakdown with no hidden or additional charges. This has been the best decision we’ve made coming here! Our current and new customers are amazed at how upscale everything is. Natalee has also been super helpful and the communication has been excellent. It truly gives our customers a corporate feel and it’s even better that we can pair this with our production facility to focus on our products. Thank you all for providing such great customer service and we look forward to continuing our business with Lucid.

    I love it here. Been here almost two years. The center manager matters most in making this office space enjoyable on a daily basis and our current center manager, Audra Lewis, is the best so far that Ive had the opportunity to work with. She is awesome. And whatever Lucid is paying her, its not enough. Lucid Private Offices is a great place to work if you are looking for an executive office space.

    I have been with this office space company since they were WorkSuites, and have had many office managers, however, Audra has been the most interactive, supportive and professional manager that I have been with. She not only shows positivity no matter the situation but she is an asset to my own practice. She assists in any side work I ask of her with no hesitation.     Since the arrival of Luisa Cepeda, our building has been changed for the better. She came right in with such a bubbly personality, caring spirit and lots of knowledge and motivation. She is so friendly yet very professional and gets things done in such an efficient manner. She has incorporated things to boost moral on our floor and as busy as we all are in our offices-because of her, we come out and meet, greet and chat! There has not been one thing my office nor my partner have asked for that she has not taken care of! I love how organized and squared away (I know its a military term for those that dont know) but it means she has her ducks in a row and she really does. I look forward to her emails which keeps us abreast and informed of all the things that are upcoming and current. She really has become the sunshine to our building and we are so excited to have her here! Kudos to you Luisa!

    Absolutely love the staff! Marie at the front desk keeps the place running smoothly and takes good care of clients. She is cheerful and very professional.     My employer and I have worked out of this location since August 2014, and it has changed three names, been remodelled once, and has had numerous staff changes, but it has been a consistently great place to get work done. I cannot stress enough the professionalism of the wonderful staff, especially the Community Leader, Audra Lewis. Dont let the seediness of the area put you off. Once youre up on the 12th floor, youre in a great place to do business.

    This is a great location that is basically close to anywhere in the DFW area. Since its located right near a major highway artery, I can easily get to downtown Dallas, Ft Worth, and Denton. The upgrades currently being implemented on the floor itself, is looking great and presents well with my clients. For example, the lobby, kitchen, and conference rooms with up-to-date A/V equipment are comparable to any space one would lease.The staff are super helpful and they act like part of your team which I appreciate when dealing with my team and clients.     I have been self-employed for 10 years and the West LBJ Freeway Lucid office has been the only place I have resided since I been in business. And there is no other place I would rather be because I have nothing but good things to say about my stay there. The main receptionist, Marie, is second to none in her abilities to make the tenants and guests feel welcome and important. This plays a major role in the productivity and morale of the workplace. The community manager, Rachel, is a dream. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of and pushes attention to the little things such as birthdays and client appreciation parties. I have the best manager in Sarah Garvin and receptionist Jessica Chapparro - WHAT AN AWESOME TEAM!! The office runs very smoothly and My clients are always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. We truly feel at home at this center. Its nice to know that you can leave your home and work in an environment where your business is their business. I cant see myself working anywhere else in the Metroplex. Its especially welcoming to know that we have a community that is welcoming, engaging and meets all our needs during this time of the Pandemic.
