Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor make every interaction enjoyable and stress-free. Its clear that she genuinely cares about helping others, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of. We truly are grateful for all her help and support. -

Our firm has leased space here since 2018. Since that time, ownership has passed hands once or twice over. The current staff with Lucid Private Offices has been top notch from the very beginning.The common area spaces are always very clean and accessible to all. I especially appreciate the complimentary refreshments and beverages provided each week.Lastly, I cannot say enough about our Community Managers (Veronika Dubil and Bird Butler). These ladies take care of business each and every day, and they run a very tight ship.Thank you for all that you do to make our office experience the very best it can be. -

UPDATED 4/24/24:I wanted to provide an update on my previous review to acknowledge the consistent level of service we continue to receive with Lucid. Since my last review, Bird recently joined the team at Tower 1, and it feels like shes been here for years! She quickly assimilated herself and has seamlessly carried on the excellent vibe, energy, and service that weve come to expect from Lucid.Veronika remains as reliable as ever, always available and ready to support us in any way possible. The teams friendliness makes us feel right at home every time we interact with them.Thank you, Lucid, for consistently bringing the best people to the team and for maintaining such high standards of service!-----I cannot say enough about the phenomenal level of service I have received here by Francis, the Office Manager. I signed up for a tour on a Sunday and at 8:15AM Monday morning he was ready and waiting for me. He took time to explain all the amenities and levels of membership available to me. I did not feel pressured to lease an office at any point in the process and he helped us find an office and membership style that suited our needs. This was my first time leasing and office to work out of and I am fortunate that it went so smoothly. Francis is always ready and willing to help with any issues or answer any questions at any time.Alexander was also very patient in working with us on finding the right office style and contract to suit our needs. Again, we felt no pressure to proceed with leasing with Lucid, but the decision was an easy one.Thank you, Francis and Alexander! -

Additionally, he took the time to thoroughly review the invoice and charges, making sure we had a clear understanding of our costs. Veronika and Brianna do an excellent job of managing this office community. Our company is able to be fully independent while being fully supported by good Lucid managers. We have no plans to lease offices elsewhere. -

Weve been at this location for over 4 years and its been a great experience. High quality conference rooms that are easy to book, a super nice gym downstairs in our building thats free for tenants to use, and a fun group of other tenants that weve gotten to know over the years. Best of all, excellent service provided by Sarah Min, Brittany Washington, and Felicia Mahachek--the receptionists weve had during our time here--theyve made it a great atmosphere. -

I have been a tenant for almost six months, and I have enjoyed my experience with WORKSUITES! If you are looking for a professional, clean and upbeat atmosphere, I would highly recommend it. The receptionists are very accommodating and courteous for all your work-related needs. -

I’ve been a client of Worksuites for over four years and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. The staff are competent, well trained and caring. The facilities are sleek, clean and well organized. I enjoy the camaraderie with the other tenants. I especially love the coffee and snacks that are provided. I have never had an issue with being nickel and dimed on services and any matters I bring to their attention are promptly dealt with. But perhaps what I am most impressed with is Worksuite’s commitment to innovation and constantly improving the client experience. I have witnessed several upgrades to common areas and an increasing availability of quality coffee and snacks… all without being added to my bill. I would and have highly recommend Worksuites to my friends and associates. -

I had some deep irritations recently and they actually care unlike other major companies. They did everything to fix the problem. I will end up being their customer again because I trust them. Rarely can I say that about any establishment. Probably the only one.They do care about their clients if all types. -

Our WorkSuites office is perfect for our small company. Our floor has three conference rooms, a coffee lounge, fax and mail service, and so much more! We have the privacy of individual offices coupled with a community feel. Sarah is our floors Community Coordinator, and she always greats us with a smile. Shes the BEST! -

The staff is top-notch and the facilities are great, however, I cannot give five stars because management has made the decision to not pay for a floater to be at the desk during lunch. Someone came by today to drop off a check and left because the receptionist was not available. The staff does send an email daily informing the tenants when the desk will be unmanned, however, people come unannounced. -

Our firm offices here. Its a good location in terms of proximity to most major areas, and the sky-bridge to the mall is great for lunch-time convenience. Most importantly, Sarah Min (the community coordinator) and Bobbie-Jean Perez (the community manager) are super courteous and fantastic people. -

Current Tenant and I’m very satisfied with the office space, it comes with many perks, there are multiple conference rooms, a nice break area, a gym down stairs, and the Galleria Mall is connected to the office Building for your convenience.Great working environment, the staff are very friendly, and Brittany W. Worksuites, I have officed with Meridian/Worksuites at three locations for over fifteen years. The service and facilities have all been outstanding, but this is the best. We have three offices here and the facility is great, but the service you guys provide moves the experience from very good to outstanding. I dont know how you could do anything more than you do. My visitors are always complement you on your attitude and professionalism. And you always to land great talent when there is turnover. -

Our firm enjoys the office spaces here. One of the factors that led to our firms decision to continue staying here is that Sarah Min (the community coordinator) and Bobbie-Jean Perez (the community manager) have been delightful and very easy to work with. -

We are using WorkSuites Galleria Tower One as our virtual address and phone. We get our small amount of mail delivered there and have a voicemail to publish on our website and email signatures. Works well for us! Once our company is ready to have work sessions face to face again, we will be using common space or conference rooms. For now, this solution is a huge savings over a lease for office space we did not use for 3 quarters of 2020 and convinced us to end our lease and go all virtual/remote! -
