    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Co-working Space!The space is beautifully designed, offering a great mix of collaborative areas and quiet zones perfect for focused work.The community here is amazing! Ive met so many inspiring people, and the regular events make networking easy.The staff especially the Building manager, Sandy is incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a truly positive atmosphere.     Caddo is such an incredible company and environment. I started as a social member and now have a full time office in the Prosper location.Sandy is the building manager and she is such a joy to work with! I have made countless connections to some amazing business owners and now friends!I highly recommend that you check this place out! It is amazing!

    The experience at Caddo in Prosper is truly unmatched. From the social memberships for use of the shared space, to the individual offices upstairs, there are great options for all. Sandy (the building manager) is first class all the way, making everyone feel like family as she is always going out of her way for others. The world class service she brings to the space has created an overwhelmingly welcoming environment. She never fails to go above and beyond. Bravo Sandy!

    Weve officed out of Caddo for over a year & a half now and have loved every minute of it! The facilities are pristine, the people are great, and the building manager Sandy is the absolute best. Highly recommend!!

    5 Gold Stars for the Sandy Garcia & Caddo Prosper (the building manager & the building). Sandy is a difference maker: approachable, helpful, supportive & friendly. The facility is very sharp and well-maintained. IT infrastructure is sophisticated and setup in a very clever way (WIFI, private networks, security, etc.). Ive done shared co-working spaces in several countries. Wasnt too excited about doing it again here at home. Now that I have @ Caddo Prosper, so glad I did (never should have hesitated)! Amenities nearby (walk-able) are great. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

    We love having our office at Caddo! We enjoy all the amenities that a shared office space offers and the networking is incredible. The icing on the cake, is the building manager, Sandy, who goes above and beyond to make our time here even more productive and efficient! We appreciate the competitive rent, the meeting space, and the podcast room!

    I have enjoyed working in the Caddo office space here in Prosper TX because of the clean and professional environment. In addition what I think sets them apart is the amazing onsite property manager, 24/7 access, flexible conference room spaces, and the personal HVAC thats in each office so you can control the your perfect work environment.

    Im a current tenant at this shared office space, and I have to say its been an incredible experience. Sandy, the building manager, is absolutely fantastic at her job. Shes professional, efficient, and always there to help with anything we need.The office space itself is top-notch. Its modern, stylish, and designed for productivity.     I would highly recommend Caddo offices in Prosper! The Building is super clean, quiet, and accommodating. In addition to our personal office space, I have used many of the meeting spaces and they are perfect for both large and small groups. The podcast room is also great! The community is very nice and the staff are amazing.

    AMAZING facility! I had to rent out office space when my home internet experienced a temporary outage. The property manager, Sandy Garcia really took care of me and Caddo has top-notch onsite amenities. I highly encourage anyone in need of office space to take a tour of this location.

    This place is amazing. Very cool design that is a little different on each floor. Really nice conference rooms. The best part of this place is the manager Sandy. She is the best property manager I have met. She is attentive, helpful, kind and goes above & beyond to help create the perfect environment for your new or existing business! I highly recommend these business suites for you to grow your business.

    Overall, its an incredible experience at Caddo Prosper. The property manager, Sandy, is professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to create a supportive and collaborative environment. My private office came with a view, and those cool Varia desks that go up and down. The coworking area provides an open layout, well-equipped meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and the printing facilities are top-notch. The setup with Keurig coffee bar, cozy lounges, and breakout areas add a touch of comfort and convenience. The regular community events provide great networking opportunities. This coworking/ private office space is a thriving hub for professionals, thanks to its dedicated property manager and outstanding amenities.

    Ive been in the Caddo build for 4 years. I first worked in the co-working section for the first 3 years then migrated to an office. They keep this place super clean and the Property Buiulding manager Sandy is accommodatingand amazing to work with.
