Ive had an office here for almost a year now. The facilities are kept immaculately clean, and Sydney provides top level service. All questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The aesthetic pulls from the downtown area, and is a pleasant surprise when you walk in. Most of my practice members comment on how they love this building too! Thank you for all you do Sydney!

I love Caddo McKinney! Our company FRS Credit has had our offices here for the past 10 years and I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. In 2013, Caddo was the perfect option for our start-up company. Now 10 years later as our company has grown, it is still the perfect choice! The staff is wonderful and the community of other businesses is a fantastic aspect of being here. The facilities are always well-maintained and the location is ideal. The convenient amenities, from the well-equipped conference rooms to the inviting common areas, make it easy to conduct business and meet with clients.Additionally, the Caddo McKinney team has always been attentive and responsive to our needs. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our company.I highly recommend Caddo McKinney to any business looking for a professional and supportive workspace. I love Caddo Office, especially after they hire Sydney. She’s such an amazing person to work with and she remembers everybody, dresses up nice, always tries to help out. She makes me want to keep renewing my contract with Caddo Office.

Office space at Caddo was an opportunity I could not pass up. From the nice and approachable staff to the friendly tenants in the building, its been a wonderful experience. And the welcoming design of the building puts the people I work with at ease as soon as they walk through the door.

Went there to take a practice SAT with Total college prep. Once I got there I was a little confused because the lights were out and i didn’t see anyone. And since it was my first time there I just walked around trying to find the room. Later once I found the room I heard the power was out. Overall it seemed like a nice place, I just had a bad experience.

I dont lease a space here, but I do come here weekly for a chiropractor adjustment at one of the businesses inside. I must say, I have been VERY IMPRESSED with how this building has responded to covid-19 safety and sanitization. I dont think Ive been anywhere else that has executed such level of detail... There is self-sanitizing tape on all the doors and commonly-touched surfaces (Self. Sanitizing. Surfaces. I didnt even know such a thing existed!!!!), theres a nifty contraption on all the bathroom doors that allows you to open it without touching it using your foot, theres a hand sanitizer machine by the entrance, social distancing markers on the floor, and a sign requiring masks. On top of that, they were able to use the quarantine period to completely renovate and redecorate the entire lobby--and it is gorgeous! Overall, from an outsiders perspective, the new management seems to have brought a lot of terrific changes. And the new front desk woman (Cindy) is extremely welcoming, friendly, and kind! If I needed a space to rent, I would definitely be looking into this place. :)

Caddo Office Reimagined McKinney is absolutely AMAZING! I have had an office space with them for over 2 years and I love all the extras you get in this building - 4 conference rooms, a dedicated building manager on staff to welcome/direct our clients, weekly networking group, open meeting/lounge space, and beautiful décor that makes everyone happy the minute they walk into the building. This is definitely an amazing space at amazing price.

I worked in this property for 2 years and loved every second of it. The only reason I moved on was due to a relocation but Im already touring their property in Plano to rent an office space. Tiffany was always helpful and attentive to all our of our requests. She has improved the space dramatically and treated all of her tenants like neighbors and not numbers.

Yeager Office Suites of McKinney is great. The office manager is the best. Ive been in this building for a few years now and love all the friendly businesses and staff. Its also almost scary quiet around here like a library.

Great office sharing place for locals. Amenenities are 4 conference rooms, small all inclusive suites. Great for that home office that we need to get out of, but not a major office investment.

Appealing shared professional space with conference rooms, wifi, break room, and informal sitting areas in the cavernous, but welcoming, entrance. My experience is as an attendant at meetings of a group in which I participate, not as a tenant.
