I absolutely love being at Caddo Mapleshade offices and having Hope & Health Medical Clinics here! 🥰🤩🙌🏾 My patients really like coming!This building is great, and my experience has been made even better by people like Tara Neher, the manager, and Kim Gill the interior designer of the building. They have been so extremely kind, available, and helpful at every turn! I appreciate having my business here, and knowing that even when other occupants, or clients/patients walk in here, they are greeted with warmth, and respect! Thankful to be here! 😄🙏🏾

I love Caddo! Ive had an office here for over a year, and I couldnt be happier. The lease terms are super flexible and convenient, the internet is fast and reliable, the place is upscale, well maintained, and clean, and the staff are wonderful.. The 24 hour access is a big plus too. Highly recommend for anybody who is looking for a hassle free office experience.

I have been looking for a co-working space and have been so happy to find Caddo. Not only is the facility beautiful and has everything you would want in a working space, but on top of the wonderful facility, the staff are amazing. Katherine went above and beyond for me. I came in at the 11th hour and Katherine worked overtime just to help me sign up and get oriented. Britt was staffing the front desk and was so welcoming, she gave a great tour along with David, one of their main clients! I cant recommend this company and its staff enough. Thank you all!

This office has been a huge boost to my Executive Coaching business. When I moved in, I had been meeting with clients in their offices, coffee shops, country clubs, community centers and churches for years. To now have a place where clients can come to me has more than doubled my revenue this year. The modern and bright aesthetics make it a welcoming space, the conference rooms are second to none and the building manager, Laycee is warm, capable and attentive to any special requests and needs I’ve had. She always goes above and beyond! The entire Caddo experience, staff and team has been second to none. I highly recommend this company and any of their many locations. We love our offices here! We downsized from a much larger office and this fit our needs and goals. Very friendly staff and neighbors... lots of common area where we can meet and an excellent kitchen. Very clean building that is well taken care of!

After looking at several offices around Plano, we stumbled across Caddo on Mapleshade. The minute we walked in we knew this was going to be our new office location. The office design, decor, and the very unique pop culture artwork is AWESOME!! The furniture that is offered for the suites is top notch. It makes you want to come to work everyday. The building manager Laycee is the best, she is super friendly and always willing to help anyway she can. We have been very pleased with our decision to move our office to Caddo Plano South. Thank you Laycee and Caddo!!!

We found Caddo Mapleshade (Plano) in February. From the moment Laycee G answered our call (most of the others places we called we got voicemail or someone would call back) and then we walked in and were greeted by Laycee we were sold. The building, facilities and amities are exactly what we want/need. Laycee, the office manager is always there to greet you and any visitors. Moreover, she does a great job at facilitating relationships and networking with other business and individuals in the office. I would look nowhere else if the Caddo Mapleshade location works for you and your business. Excellent office manager, great atmosphere and everything you need to be effective working. The building and offices are beautiful. The staff is so friendly, warm and helpful, especially the building manager Laycee Gonzalez! :) I moved into the building when it opened in December 2022. I had been looking for an office space in Mckinney, Frisco, Allen and Plano for about 9 months and found my home at Mapleshade Plano! Couldnt be happier!

This is an amazing facility! We had our Richardson/Plano Networkers Annual Holiday Mixer with over 50 people. This facility was perfect for the event. Catering from Jesse James BBQ and DJ Deluxe Music and Karaoke was a blast! Thanks Michelle Wiesbien for all you did to make this a smashing success!

I moved into Caddo Mapleshade when they first opened towards the end of 2022. It has been fantastic! I was overly frustrated with all the distractions that came with working from home. But didnt want to be too far from home. I shopped and toured many other remote working options. I found the best situation at Caddo Mapleshade. They have perfected what makes a great work space! It is fun to go to the office again! Thanks Lacyee and Caddo Team.

I have four office spaces at CADDO and it was the best business choice I’ve made. CADDO administration and staff provide clean, safe and business conducive space at an unbelievable fair rate. Anywhere that CADDO has a building in the region, you have a classy, impressive place to conduct business. The networking events and opportunities provided by CADDO have provided gainful leads resulting revenue for myself and many other members that I network with. I cannot say enough about CADDO and their smart business plan that not only works for them but small business — mutually beneficial.
