Michael Kurr at the Lakewood location was an outstanding host. His hospitality to us went above and beyond and stood out to us uniquely! He was right there to print a few copies when we had last minute edits, help us carry our things out, super responsive and proactively communicative. He gave us the sense that he was genuinely happy to host us for those two days. It may go without saying but aesthetically that location stands out as well. The entire experience was just an elevation and we wanted you to know how meaningful that was to us. We seek to serve our clients with “unreasonable hospitality” and always appreciate when we are partnering with organizations and people seeking to do the same. We will be very excited to be back at Lakewood with Michael.

Recently had our offsite sales meeting at Caddo…Social memberships are perfect for those like us who host occasional meetings, you can get $160 in built-in meeting credits each month so that we can use their larger conference rooms!

A fantastic workspace. I came into Dallas for a manager huddle. I am from St. Louis and this facility is hands down a great space, especially compared to some I use in my town. Very comfortable and pleasant environment. I would love to operate my business in a regular basis from this facility.

Ive worked in several different commercial office spaces in Dallas over the past 20+ years and am now in the Caddo. It has been fantastic. The building has a great aesthetic, quite a variety of amenities, all types of offices and meetings spaces. It is easy to get in and out, very clean and secure, has great parking, and there are tons of local food and beverage offerings.

We are leasing four suites from Caddo while we await a permanent office across the street and couldn’t be happier. Michael has been incredibly accommodating to our entire team. The building is clean, safe, and does a great job at building community. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Ive been a member at Caddo since 2021 and really enjoy the office space and vibe of the building. The management keeps everything very clean and professional. They are super responsive to any issues I am noticing in the environment. My clients love coming to my space- especially because of the comfy waiting areas and the coffee bar and snack options. And there are so many great restaurants just across the street for lunch!

The company I work at just moved into one of the private offices last week and I have nothing but good things to say! Everyone is so kind and the office space is constantly clean. Personally, I am loving all the community spaces and fun decor! Definitely would recommend.

This is a great co-working space conveniently located in the heart of East Dallas. Its adjacent to so many great restaurants. The space is beautiful and boasts many quiet work spaces and offices. Plus our office neighbors have been very friendly and kind. The building staff are very welcoming and kind and accommodating to help when needed.

More than anything that is really important. I office out of here twice a week and our team loves the space provided and the area is great as well.

I have absolutely loved my time at Caddo Suites. I was an inaugural tenant in a 2-person suite and needed to downsize a few months in to a 1-person suite, and they helped me do this flawlessly. Management has been very responsive and communicative to tenants, and the place is always spotless.The best part was having a professional office with shared amenities only 5 minutes from my house.

Our church staff has had an office here for several months now and we have loved our experience. Its a clean, modern, and quiet place to work with amenities for your every day office needs. Shoutout to Tracy McCurley who is an incredible Building Manager. She has been extremely helpful from the start, always has a smile on her face, and is a fun presence to be greeted by when entering the workspace. Weve loved working in Caddo!

I am a current tenant at the Lakewood location! I absolutely love it:) the custodians keep the space super clean, all of my fellow tenants are very welcome and friendly! Heather the building manager is amazing! Great space for small business to grow and excel!
