Leann, the Property Manager, runs a top notch operation. When I first moved in, I asked for a number of things- repaint a particular color, replace the lighting to particular specifications, additional keys, additional outlets... All these items were taken care of immediately and professionally. After the time change ( and it got dark early) I noticed the external lights werent coming on at around 6pm when I left the building. I talked to her and within 2 days the light schedule was changed and I felt much safer when I left the building alone. I feel very comfortable just stopping by the office and saying Hello to both Leann and Sal- they both make the environment inviting and comfortable. The maintenance men are friendly and helpful- which is an indicator of the Management. Sometimes when Im bringing in a lot of things to the office, they offer to help me with my stuff. I really appreciate a good manager in Leann and Sal the leasing agent. The attractive building helps bring in customers to my business!

As a business owner who wears many different hats and has her hands full in regards to operating the company on a daily basis, it can be challenging to deal with other elements in regards to leasing and building/space concerns. The management at our building (7100 Regency Square) has been phenomenal in assisting us with anything that we need. Leann Brandon and Sal have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make our experience here at Boxer Property a great one. We have been here for quite some time now due to the level of customer service that we have received and as long as the dynamic remains the same, we plan on being here for a long time!

I had to move into another suite in the same building due to an urgent demand on the landlord for space at 7100 Regency Square Blvd. Christina Guerra, the leasing representative, made the move seamless and less stressful. I received a courteous and professional service.I like the management staff at this building; I have already recommended a friend to move into the building. It is a well-kept office building.
