I recently had the pleasure of leasing a commercial space at the Boxer Property in Farmers Branch in Texas and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The property is well-maintained and designed to accommodate a variety of business needs. The location is central to Dallas and easy access for both clients and employees.The leasing manager is incredibly professional, responsive to any concerns. The amenities of the building is perfect for fostering productivity and efficiency. I highly recommend this property!

The property manager, Eric Nolen was super responsive to the request to make a flooring change that is a requirement for the lab we run. I made a request for extra cleaning for a mayoral visit and he asked to to be notified on the date of the visit. Very easy to work with management. Love the professionalism shown! 5 stars!!!

I have had an amazing experience as a tenant at 12300 Ford Road. The Manager, Blain and his staff, Juwan have been professional and very gracious. They made my move in seamless. They made sure I had everything I needed to start my business. They are an awesome supporter of my business and are always available to answer questions or help out with my office needs. It is a great place to rent.
